Hays Electrical installed my powerwalls for my electrical system. The communication has been extremely poor - they failed the city inspection and have not returned any calls. They failed to show up for the first appointment to remedy it, and subsequent appointments have not been made in advance. They just call the day of without any prior notice telling me they're 45 minutes out.

As of the time of this writing, it has been nearly 2 months with an inability to get this remedied. If you have Hays as a contractor or subcontractor, I would not recommend working with them due to the inability to remedy issues or to effectively communicate with customers.
