Paul Richard Electric is a remarkable success story. It's absolutely wonderful to see such a incredible family-owned company do so well. I pay close attention to the industry and admire all the methods that Mr Paul takes to sustain an edge over the competition. He is very fair, very honest, and is expressed in getting things done. I truly believe it when he says that he puts service and integrity first.

Paul came to my house within an hour after calling. My electricity went off, and it wasn’t a neighborhood power outage. It ended up being an error with my electric company who had turned off my power. They claimed I joined another electric company, which I had not. Big mixup error! Paul just pulled up when I found this out, so I didn’t need his services after all. I appreciate the time and effort of him coming to try to help. Next time I need an electrician, I’ll give him a call!

They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellent service!

My home was effected by the Winter Storm, I had alot of damage. I called on Paul Richard Electric during each phase of restoring my home. Larry, David and Jose were the techs that serviced my home. They were all friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. All of them explained to me the work they were completing. The price was reasonable. Based on my experience with this company; I definitely will refer them. Thanks Guys!

Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. And the dryer now works. Jose is friendly and has great house manners. Would recommend anyone to Paul Richard Electric. Thank you Jose for your amazing expertise.

We cannot recommend Paul Richard Electric enough!

We needed to replace our FPE breaker box so I did a quick Google search and Paul Richard Electric was close and highly rated. I gave them a call and spoke with Brandi and she got us all set up, it was quick and painless! Josh and Kobe came out early in the morning, they were very professional and did a great job replacing the box. We have a few other electrical projects needing to be done and we know who we will be calling!

I've had this company out to my house twice, once to install a transfer switch when we were without power during the summer and again today to replace the failed breaker the heat runs on right as it gets cold. They showed up the same day both times and got things taken care of. Axel is the man, (the guy who helped over the summer is the man too, but I can't recall his name now since it's been awhile)

We had an amazing experience with Paul Richard today. After an other company canceled on us twice, I called Paul Richard. They were able to fit us in and install our new oven outlet same day. We really appreciate them going above and beyond for us. Thank you!!!

Needed a breaker replaced for our pool system. Jose came out the very next morning and got everything all fixed up so we can enjoy our pool for summer! He was courteous and professional and did an excellent job. If you need anything done promptly and correctly, call Paul Richard Electric!

Paul was so fast and helpful in getting our project done. He replaced our entire breaker box and helped troubleshoot all the assistance needed from centerpoint to get it all done in one day. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in all the moving parts and how to get the electric company to do what you need quickly. Highly recommend him and his team.

Late post: I had a wonderful experience using Paul Richard Electric. Axel came out and installed an outlet to charge our Tesla. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions patiently to provide me assurance. Very satisfied with the job and recommend!

Paul and his team did an amazing job repairing my electrical panel at my place of business. I called them early on a Friday morning, and received a quote right away. The repairs were completed THAT DAY, and I had my lights back on before I went to bed. It was a crazy 24 hours, but I slept well knowing the job was 100% completed. Paul Richard is the best! I needed an electric outlet installed in a pump room and they took care of it within a couple of days! Not only were they cheaper than the other quotes I received but the technicians were knowledgeable and professional!

Paul Richard Electric has been been helping Sheridan Study Center for almost 10 years. We are a non-profit organization in a 3-story commercial/residential building with multiple activities for teaching women and girls and we can always call upon the techs at PRE to do re-wiring, to extend the internet, to research the multiple electrical problems that arise or to improve our electrical infrastructure. The workmen are extremely helpful in working around our schedule, if they have to remove drywall, they vacuum up afterwards and they have put in panels several times to avoid our having to patch and paint. The techs at PRE are very competent and we feel that we can recommend them both because of the quality of their work and because of their work ethic.

I’ve had Axel from Paul Richard Electric working on the house 3 times over the last year. He added a generator input and ran a couple new circutis. Every time I’ve used them the service has been prompt, pricing fair and the work solid. Will definitely use them again if needed

Prompt response, and next day visit. Professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was inspected and remediated. Found major electrical issue outside, which we had no idea it was a major variances that could lead to major disaster. There was a visit service fee and per hour fee with min of two hours. But he is flexible. I would prefer quality electrician than not as skilled for cheaper price, especially when it comes to potential electrical variance that need professional assessment and remediation.

I recently hired Paul Richard Electrical Services here in Tomball to install a Generator Power Inlet Box and an Interlock Kit. The technician, Matt, did an outstanding job—very professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He made sure everything was done correctly and took the time to walk me through the setup. Once the installation was complete, we hooked up the generator and ran a test without any issues. Everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much to Matt and Paul for the excellent service. I truly recommend this company!

Paul Richard Electric was amazing. An electrician was able to come out same-day and install my ceiling fan. There was an issue with the wiring and the electrician took the time to make sure it was correct before he left. Great job all-around!

I live in El Lago and the houses here are old and notorious for electrical problems. Matt came out next day after I called and troubleshot and fixed a difficult issue AND installed a new ceiling fan I hadn’t gotten around to do myself. He was probably the most professional skilled worker that’s ever done work in my house. 5/5 stars would highly recommend these guys. Especially Matt.
