Right Touch Electrical’s customer experience has been very pleasant. After doing a diagnostic, proposing solutions before the work, I had a clear description of the work required. Josh did a fast quote, I approved it and came back to install a new jacuzzi lamp and it’s contrôler, changed breakers. The reason I liked my experience is the reliability of Josh and Right Touch Electrical’s crew. They did exactly what they said they will do, they warranty their work. They are BBB rated company who sets them apart. Josh was polite, friendly and professional.
If you like reliability, I recommend Right Touch Electrical.

I was in need of a transfer switch that I was hoping would be used with my portable generator to run my AC. I worked with a very knowledgeable individual named Josh. He explained to me some of the problems I would run into with my setup and provided me with some creative recommendations to solve my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

No fee to come out. Provided honest, expert advice with fair quotes. I plan on using them for all my electrical needs moving forward.

Josh came out on an old 1958 electrical installation to troubleshoot some very weird electrical behavior. He properly diagnosed the problem, put in a temporary repair, and came up with a great scope of work to permanently take our mid century installation into this century. Response time was excellent and there were no surprises at any point in the whole transaction. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing work and great technician Josh was! We had Josh come out and install a GFCI in our utility room and they keep it honest with their quotes and don’t try to finesse you for more! Very honest and great company to call for any electrical needs! Got everything done all in the same day! Can’t recommend more!

Josh was an absolute All-Star. He came very quickly to help us with our emergency. He explained, in simple non-electrician language, what the issue was and how he was going to get our lights on tonight plus how he was going to fix the problem permanently the next day. Yesterday Kendrick arrived at my home and worked on adding 2 extension rods In my outdoor living room and 3 pendants. He was so nice and even though the pendants were a little heavy he didn’t just give up, he instead called for help and got the job done! It’s hard to come across people that actually care to do a good job because they want to. Thank you! I will be calling you guys again and recommending to more people (already referred one)!
