Ruben was very professional and completed the projects quickly. He even cleaned up all the debris afterwards.

I had my old electrical panel replaced and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The electricians were punctual, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. They handled the entire replacement safely, upgraded everything to code, and even cleaned up the work area better than they found it. Ruben was amazing! We had two rooms without electricity, so I made a few calls to see if someone could come out to our house in Spring Branch. They answered my after hours call and got me on the schedule for the next morning. Ruben diagnosed the issue quickly and clearly explained our problem. Smart Choice will be my electrician here in Houston moving forward. They were prompt, professional, experts and very reasonable on cost. He was thorough and did a great job. The man that answers the phone, Hispanic accent who said his name was Randy, was very rude when I tried to get him to send the service man back out to my house for an area that was overlooked.
The service man that actually did the work was able to get the areas working, with the exception of the one area, master bedroom closet light, that was overlooked.

This review is based on customer service only. Rueben came out to give me an estimate on November 25. He Arrived as scheduled. We talked about the job and was told I would receive an estimate.I never received an estimate. I tried contacting him via text message on December 1, I never received a response. Barring any tragedies that prevent him from communicating, I consider this to be EXTREMELY unprofessional and a waste of my time.
