Took care of my issues and knew what needed to be done. Reasonable cost and make sure everything worked before he left. I would use them again.

I was moving and had a small window to work with. Affordable AC, Heat & Electrical was able to complete the job on the day and time we agreed at a very reasonable price. Give them a chance - I hope your experience is as positive as mine.

The job was done okay.... he quoted me one price over the phone and after he finished there was a 22 dollar mark up. I didn’t ask for special or discount just be a man of your word. If you’re going to charge for mileage let your customers know before you come out to do the job.

I reached out to this company on Sunday 1/1/23 as they were the only company listed as 24 hours with a 4.7 rating. The technician came out that afternoon and said he'd need to run to Home Depot to get a new breaker. He returned back and installed it but the power wasn't restored in the rooms that had initially lost it and he'd return again on Monday morning at 9am. He returned earlier to avoid having to work in the rain, which is understandable and worked to restore power in the rooms. After a few hours here, he left only for the same rooms to lose power when an alternate light was turned on. My husband called him back and he arrived and said again the issue was resolved, however, it wasn't. He stopped responding to our calls that day and we had to have another electrician come out on Tuesday. This is a shady operation at best and once money has been received, you are no longer treated with any respect that an unsuspecting customer would be treated with. We got charged $100 for parts from Home Depot that I picked up the next day for $12. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could give less than one star I would. Gentlemen showed up, walked from room to room and took out some screws in the breaker box. The outlet in my room mysteriously came back on. I was charged $248 for an inspect and repair. The issue persisted a day later and I called every day for 2 days and was promised they’d be back, however, I was told they were busy working with CenterPoint and didn’t know when they could come back out. How does a place like this do business. Never 👎🏽 again. Pass on this one.

Spring electric lied in their response to my one star review of them. So here’s my response: if your work was so good, why did you refuse to respond to my numerous texts before I ever posted a review? What is Morris’s license number? Why did I notice large broken wire strands and nearly 1/2” of exposed wire sticking out of numerous connections? Why are there only 2 screws holding the transfer switch box to the wall when there should be 4? Those are just the things I saw and I’m no electrician. The real electrician I just paid to correct your work gave me a lengthy list of even more problems. Answer: morris did such poor quality work that it would’ve cost you a lot to correct it, so you just screwed us. WE DID NOT HAVE HURRICANE DAMAGE & THIS WAS NOT A “TIMES ARE HARD” SITUATION. Pretty gutsy to suggest that I was having financial difficulties & tried to remedy them by screwing you out of money. Your “company” should not have ghosted us when we asked you to correct the work. YOUR INVOICE EVEN SAYS THERES A 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON YOUR WORK, BUT I DON’T SEE YOU EVEN TRYING TO STAND BEHIND YOUR WORK. Since you decided to make this personal with your “times are hard” comment, I’ll be going to the BBB also. You should know that I have pics of all your “work” so you should be careful of the accusations you make. YOU SCREWED UP THIS JOB THEN REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. It’s that simple. Also, if you install generators in the same way you did at my house, those customers should know that they will not be able to get a service contract with any legitimate company without paying a lot of $$$ to have your work redone.

DO NOT HIRE SPRING ELECTRIC! Do not be fooled by the nice website. This company is a one man operation. The “electrician’s” name is Morris and you will want to hire him because he is such a nice guy, but DO NOT HIRE HIM TO DO ANYTHING. He is NOT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. I have since confirmed this with Texas department of licensing & regulation. We paid him over $2500 to install a 22kw generator & transfer switch. All of the wiring he did is poor quality & much of it is not to code. When a real certified electrician from generac came out to certify Morris’ work, we were told it is dangerously substandard & said he would not allow us to get a service contract until a long list of items were fixed. Centerpoint will not certify his work either. When I showed morris the list of items he needed to repair, he came out once, fixed one thing & left. He texted me later to say that the generac electrician just wants to make money for unnecessary repairs. HOWEVER, I have shown Morris’ work to numerous other electricians who weren’t trying to solicit business. All of them said his work has so many issues that it’s not even safe. One even apologized to me on behalf of all electricians. NOW, MORRIS REFUSES TO REFUND ANY PART OF MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO TEXTS OR CALLS. I now have to pay a real electrician $1600 to correct his work. However, I am reporting him to TDLR & sharing my experience anywhere online where he can be reviewed.
