Marc did an amazing job today installing my EV Charger in the garage. Clean runs and very neat and tidy job overall. Didn't leave any mess what so ever and was very professional!! Definitely recommend Trizone!

I recently had Trizone Electric install a Ford Connected Charge Station in my garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful of my home.

They ran approximately 30 feet of cable inside the walls to ensure a clean, seamless installation that looks like it was part of the original construction. The attention to detail was impressive — the final result is sleek, unobtrusive, and blends perfectly with the aesthetics of my garage.

What really stood out was how communicative and informative the team was. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, including the addition of a new breaker to my panel to safely integrate the charger. I felt completely confident in their expertise and appreciated how they made sure I understood everything.

Tri-zone went above and beyond installing my EV charger. They communicated times and cost expectations throughout the process and showed up at the exact time promised. Trizone Electric did an excellent job at my home. Marc came out to replace my defective EV wall charger and was very professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, completed the work neatly, and even cleaned up afterward. Marc took the time to explain everything he did and stuck around to answer all of my questions. My wife was at home and I was at work for the install. These guys were so polite & made her feel so comfortable. They asked her where I wanted it installed & gave her several different options. The place they choose was perfect! I’m a bit OCD & I was really concerned about it being straight. It’s absolutely perfect! Thank y’all so much for a great job & for being so respectful of my wife.

Marc was really good and professional, he also tried to get things exactly like I asked, but I still made a few quick adjustments when he left regarding the position of the motion sensors and the way the flood lights cast their light.

The reason I reduced the stars for the review was because despite sending the owner several images of what I wanted and sharing instructions with him both verbally and in writing via text the owner never shared this info with his worker. So Marc arrived without the supplies that would have been needed. He said he would need to go get some items and that I would still have to pay the $185 per hour rate for him to run to home depot for 6’ of conduit to run from an existing outside light to feed into a new flood light. Because of this the first hour was mostly wasted with trying to make it work with what was in the van and me talking to the owner on the phone about the lack of communication. Overall we got 2 of the 3 lights we discussed up front completed and instead of paying the expected $275 for 3 lights it was $250 for the 2 lights.

Sounds like they do good EV charger installs based on other reviews, so maybe my job was small potatoes. I hadn’t mentioned it at the time, but I was also interested in getting a 50 amp plug and a few other things installed for my new generator and if this went well I would have used Trizone, but I will be looking elsewhere.
