Raul is an awesome electrician! He loves to help out people due to his outgoing personality. He will point out what really needs attention and explains why this is important. I love how he is able to explain the importance of replacing something rather than "its bad". He gets the job done in a timely manner. I feel safer in my home since he repaired my breaker box. Thank you!

He did an excellent job with putting up our fans and chandeliers in our new home. He gave us a decent price and worked with our budget.

Half of our house lost power that included our AC, thankfully we had a cooler weather the whole time of no AC. The underground electrical wiring that supply power to our house needed to be replaced/repaired. Absolutely without a doubt, Raul and his whole team were the answered to our prayers. Raul was very professional, honest, compassionate and you can sense his sincerity and love to help his customers. He answers calls and text really quickly. Not to mention the price, it was just about right, no hidden fees, no surprises. Their job was above and beyond our expectations. They completed the wonderful job less than the given time frame/promised. They left our yard and area of work clean and neat, like nothing major digging happened. Raul was a big help. We were in a rush to get several projects completed and he was able to do them quickly. We had small projects like changing a timer switch and a big project like the fixing the electrical box outside the house. They did it all! I will definitely keep his number for future projects.

Unique Electrical Services did a fantastic job. It was such a great experience working with Raul. They were very competitive on pricing and communication was great. I would definitely recommend for any electrical work.

Raul was recommended to us by a neighbor who had used him for the same problem we had. Our underground cable appeared to be damaged by a crew installing new fiber in the network. We were without power and he was at our house that afternoon. We accepted his bid which was very reasonable (subjectively of course) and because he had to file the permit with our city he said they would start Monday morning, replacing our underground and new breaker panel. Our power was working that evening and he finished the cleanup and panel labeling Tuesday morning. He was helpful in our endeavor to get reimbursed by the company that caused the damage and even fixed a ceiling fan that had not worked in years. His communication that weekend, and all through the process was excellent - something that's hard to find.

I would highly recommend Unique Electrical Services and plan to use them for some upgrade projects in the future!

Unique Electrical Services has neither followed my instructions nor honored its warranty to me.

Due to the aluminum wiring in my house, Unique Electrical Services was asked to install the Heath-Zenith 9309 exterior light specifically with anti-oxidant joint compound and Al/Cu wire connectors. Unique Electrical Services chose not to comply, cited that these lights were “rated” for aluminum wiring and did not need special connectors.

A call to the manufacturer’s help line reveals that this light fixture is not “rated” for aluminum wiring and should be connected with copper wiring. Heath-Zenith recommends using copper pigtail wires between the fixture and the aluminum wiring. This step is printed in the installation instructions given to Unique Electrical Services at the start but Unique Electrical Services has told me that it believes that the manufacturer’s recommendations are not binding.

After a month, 2 telephone calls, an email plus a text message, Unique Electrical Services has not come back to add the copper pigtail wires, Al/Cu compound and Al/Cu wire connectors. I have even offered this company additional work to no avail.

Unique Electrical Services believes that the fixture has not failed and is operating properly. It fails to understand that oxidation can slowly build up at the Al-Cu juncture and in the long term result in overheating and failure. I’ve witnessed failures of Al-Cu junctions when they were not properly protected from oxidation.

Today, I hired another electrical company to pick up where Unique Electrical Services left off and properly complete the aluminum-copper junctions.

I do want to end with a positive note. Unique Electrical Services does pay attention to aesthetics. For example, the caulking of my light fixtures is as smooth and professional as I have ever seen. My hope is that it pays the same attention to the use of antioxidants on its electrical junctions.
