Helpful guys stayed open an hour late for me and helped me get the right product with good advice. They were making up prices on the spot but worth it to get late evening service.

They can be really busy, but with a little patience, you will find what you need. I searched everywhere and this place had the fan part I needed for my AC unit. I would recommend this place.

Walked in with old part and they matched up one at a fraction of the price from elsewhere. 5 min tops and I was out the door.

Helpful in their recommendations and a much better price than home depot or Lowes. Have used them 2x, once for capacitor and recently for ductwork & coil cleaner

Yes they are probably immigrants but likely you/your parents are/were too - I would encourage some reviewers to be more tolerant. Always best to go in person as they probably have the item and its hard to discuss over the phone.

I visited United to find a very specific part that even the Goodman distributor themselves said they could not get and did not exist. United was able to find the part for me and save me $400. I visited on Saturday and they had to order the part. It was ready for me Monday morning. Thanks guys.

Not the cheapest but they generally have most AC parts in stock.

They know their stuff. Willing to discuss problems with equipment and provide solid explanations and remedies when you're stumped.

Take your defective part/s with you and Uncle will help get you squared away and out the door asap. Prices are a bit high, but there's not many places that will sell to the public. The places that do sell to the public are charging much higher prices for parts.

These guys are very disorganized. Don't try to find anything yourself because it could be anywhere in any of those piles of stuff.

Boss screaming at employees and they have insufficient stock.

Quoted me about $250 for a 1/5HP condenser fan motor and capacitor. Went elsewhere and paid $60 for same parts. They have a lot of parts on hand though to end on a positive note but just need to update their pricing strategy to be more in line with fair market value.

Go somewhere else ,you will save time and money.

Over charged. Very slow service. Don't be in a hurry when you go in. The longest countet wait in the industry. Literally waited 50 min.

Terrible customer service called for availability and price for a evaporator coil for a high velocity system told us they had in stock and gave a reasonable price over the phone went to pick it acted like they didn't know what we were talking about and said they have to special order it and quoted a price about six times higher than they gave over the phone they just make prices as they go very unorganized place will never go back to this place again.

RUDE!!!!! I called this place after being referred by another wholesale only place. I asked if they had capacitors in stock. I was immediately cut short by a rude man with a thick accent demanding to know who would be installing my capacitor by name. As I explained that it was none of his business I was told to take my business elsewhere and the call ended.
