I had several companies come out to my house to bids on installing cedar fencing. After meeting with about 6 companies I ran into a variety of people and most I did not feel comfortable doing business with. After meeting with Nick I knew Fence Master was a company I could trust and to get the job done right and on time. After the job they did on my house I had them install metal fencing around my office building. I was very happy with their work and will use them again.

We can't say enough good things about Fence Masters - we are fist time homebuyers on a limited budget, and they patiently worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed and could do within our budget. They were quick communicators, very friendly, and very understanding when our HOA got in the way of us completing the gate across the driveway. Caleb and David were fantastic to work with, and they also worked well around other construction crews that were there. My husband and I jokingly started calling them the "gate ninjas" because they were in and out quickly with absolutely no mess or trash left behind.

My family and I have used Fencemaster on several different occaisions over several years and have always been completely satisfied and thrilled with the results. Fencemaster is an extremely professional company that turns out great products. Their workers and employees do great work and always get the job done as promised. Four months ago I was in the market looking for a fence company that could fence off my property and repair my prior fence so I began my search. Every company that caught my eye I read there reviews to help me in my decision making. Long story short I came upon Fence Master, I read their review and felt comfortable in my choice in choosing them to do the job. However I was meet with not so pleasant customer service, and I hung up feeling insulted. A few weeks pass and I received a call from the owner of Fence Master, he apology for the employee, and the company for my uncomfortable experience I encounter. I felt his sincerity and integrity he had toward me and his company and after talking for a moment I found myself excepting the apology. Although I did not use this company I cannot speak on the behalf of their service, I can however speak on the behalf of the owner who appear to be trustworthy, and genuine in the work he does and the company he owns. I believe if I am in need of fence service again I will give him a call.

We were extremely pleased with everything. We had a small courtyard entry gate installed. We were concerned that it would be too small a job but it was handled equally as well as any large job. The quality of the gate is excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone, no matter how small or large the job. We have had many compliments from our neighbors after the gate was installed.

FenceMaster was a wonderful company to work with. My experience was perfect from first phone call to first click of the gate operator. Fence and electrical gate were installed. His workers were informative. Work coordination was easy. All work was notified prior to workers showing up. Excellent prices too. Couldnt be happier.

I wanted to take the time to recognize this company and one it’s employees that came out to my house. Not only was he professional and extremely knowledgeable of his product, he took the time to explain to me the facts of quality and durability vs price. He reassured me on what I needed to purchase in order to have a long lasting fence that I wouldn’t need to replace in 5 years, he wasn’t just trying to sell me a cheap “quick fix “.

GREAT job, great people, and really efficient. Blake came out promptly and gave us a bid after walking the property. Installation arrived when promised, were professionals in everything they did, and were done very promptly. Even with the upgrade that we threw in halfway through the job, they were done on schedule & left not one scrap behind after cleaning up. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Fencemaster Houston was great to work with on the installation of our custom iron fence. The project ran smooth from planning and proposal through to installation. Everyone was extremely professional throughout each phase of the project. Both project managers and installation crew were helpful and offered thoughtful suggestions for areas requiring more customization than others. We would recommend and use Fencemaster's Houston again.

We just had our back fence redone with Fencemaster and they did a fantastic job, one that definitely exceeded our expectations. John was very helpful in giving us a quote and giving us several options to choose from. The fence is great quality and only took two days to tear down the old fence and get the new one up. They also were able to get the sides that border our neighbors down and up in one day which both us and the neighbors appreciated. I highly recommend them.

We recently had our wrought iron driveway gate and side fence replaced with an aluminum gate and fence. The Fencemaster installation crew had to install the new components and make sure they worked with the existing gate motor. They were very professional and meticulous in ensuring that every detail was perfect. it was a pleasure to watch 2 people at work who were focused on giving us their best effort. We are very pleased with the result.

Dave with Fencemaster was terrific. He came and gave an accurate estimate and clearly communicated expectations throughout the whole process. The installation was perfect. Jose and his crew did an outstanding job. More specifically, they installed the fence and did not make a mess. Anything that had to be moved out of the way or adjusted to put the fence in correctly, they did and then restored everything back to the way it was. That can be difficult and a pain, especially when it is not new construction. I greatly appreciate the the attention to detail and not leaving piles of dirt, dust, and other messes that naturally come from projects. The crew took the time to do it right, not just "sort of make it work". Fencemaster is one of the overall best contractors I have used in Houston and would highly recommend them. Call and ask for Dave. He handles business the right way. If and when the time comes in the future to do more work, I will be calling them again. No brainer.

Nick and the guys were amazing. It took a couple days for the wife and I to figure out exactly how to get an operator installed for our gate. After speaking with Nick we were able to get a contract signed quickly and a date was set up for the next day. The crew caught me by surprise by being there an hour early and ready to work. The crew were very professional and answered all of the questions that we had and made sure that everything was tested multiple times to ensure that everything worked properly. I could not recommend this company enough, they really were a pleasure to do business with.

The best experience with a company I've had in a long time. The business staff - David and Caleb were very professional and supportive. The installer Silvano and his assistant were friendly and their finished work was perfect. I would never call anyone else for fencing. Wish all Houston companies operated like this.

Nicholas Davis was our contact person. He was very helpful and patient with us to get our new chain link fencing worked out (just where to place the two fences we needed and their respective gates; how to work around an obstacle, and how to work with a few of our specific needs to be addressed with the fencing).

He came out to the house for the initial free review of what we needed and the free estimate. We weren't offered an in-person visit to the house by the other fencing companies we looked into, who made their bids by looking at the house online. But I think that in-person visit turned out to be very helpful in working out the specifics of what would work best for us and our needs.

And he came out to the house two more times as well - the day of work (to make sure the specifics were communicated well to the crew), and the day after the work was completed to make sure it was to our satisfaction.

We realized on that day after the work was completed that something was actually different than we had specified (the work was done so well for the most part that it took us a little while to notice the one thing that needed changing). Nicholas was quick to respond and set up the needed change for a couple of days later, agreeing with us about it (a welcome relief).

The crew was professional, timely, took good care of our yard while the work was being done, and the fencing turned out just as we had hoped it would (with the minor change we asked for taken care of with no complaints and in a timely manner). The cost was also well in line with what we had planned for. We are very pleased that we contracted with Fencemaster Houston for our fencing needs.

I was very pleased with FenceMaster. They came on time for appointments and gave me information that helped me decide on the right fence and gate for my backyard which has a pool. They also worked with me so our the fence posts could be placed before a new deck was pored. I was asked several times by the staff if the job was satisfactory. I liked that they follow-up with customers after the job was done to make sure they are happy with the work. I would use them again.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the sales, service and quality installation of our new fence! Our sales representative, Jeremy, was professional, courteous, and very attentive to our project. We were most surprised at the speed at which the work crew installed our fence; they destructed, installed new, and hauled off the old materials in only a few hours!
