Excellent company! We have a large two-shower head Master Shower that was having some grout/caulking issues. Based on other reviews, I called Sir Grout to explain the problem and set-up an estimate. Estimate was quickly scheduled and performed as scheduled. The Ops Manager that performed the estimate was thorough, totally knowledgeable of his product/service, and took as much time as necessary to thoroughly explain the issues and project plan to us. The Tech who preformed the work was outstanding! Once again, he went over everything with us and did a meticulous job on the re-grout. Went out of his way to ensure that a grout issue left over from the initial house build was taken care of.

Sir Grout is very in-tune with COVID-19 safety precautions. They offered us a virtual estimate (we declined), came and worked masked, wore booties, minimized payment contact, etc.

Overall, an excellent experience with Sir Grout.

I had a mosaic marble floor installed in a bathroom by a less than competent contractor. Sir Grout came in and re-grouted the floor and made it look amazing for less than $500. I was about to have the floor ripped up when I saw a Sir Grout van in the area and am so glad I gave them a call. Thank you Courtney and Ruben for your professionalism, timeliness, and workmanship.

These people do an incredible job of shower and tile restoration. They made our showers look brand new, like the day they were built. The owner explained the process in great detail when he gave us the estimate. The price was a great value. The work went exactly as he explained. Xavier, the technician that did our work, was fantastic. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions. Then he did a great job with attention to detail. I wish I would have known about these people 5 years ago; I would have done the job then. I give them my highest possible recommendation. They are simply fantastic.

Sir Grout basically made a 27 year old kitchen tile and marble entryway look better than new!

Not only the grout, but the entire flooring surface was spotless when the crew finished.

The work was neat, our other floors (wood) protected and it was clear that the work was being done by perfectionists.

We’re very happy with the work done at our house! Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the grout in two bathrooms at the house. Their work turned out looking great! Will definitely be using them again for future grout work.

Sir Grout provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. Sir Grout cleaned the grout in shower in the master bedroom and applied caulk to various areas (e.g., showers, sinks, tubs, countertops, etc.). Jorge, who is proud of his business (and I can see why!), was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would do business with Sir Grout again.

Sir Grout Houston repaired/replaced the grout/caulk on our entryway floor tiles, kitchen backsplash tiles, master shower tiles. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the initial owner’s (Courtney) visit/quote, to the finished quality of the work performed by the craftsman (Nico). I hired Sir Grout Houston to clean and recaulk my entire master shower. They did a phenomenal job! It's brand new again. Jose did a wonderful job and took his time to make sure he did a good job. The owner Jorge is great too. Called me right after the job was done to check in.

I was in a pinch, having just closed on a new home, with furniture being delivered, without having the grout on our floors sealed. I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called we arrived at my house. Hats off to the customer service these techs receive. We had not been cleaning our shower as well as needed due to medical issues. Sir Grout came to the rescue. Jorge was very easy to work with and stayed in constant communication with me. Nico came to the house to perform the work and did an excellent job. No more dirt or mold. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. We were even given cleaner to use that should last a few years.

Then just a couple of days later, Nico came out to do our repairs. We had issues that needed to be addressed in 3 of our bathrooms. Nico did an amazing job! I could not believe how well our master shower turned out. That was by far the biggest project and it came out looking just like new. Thank you for your hard work, Nico! We will definitely be reaching out to Sir Grout Houston in the future.

They did such great work! Our old shower looks fantastic now! I only wish I'd taken "before" pics...but I really couldn't stand it so I wasn't thinking about memorializing the way it used to look!

Jose showed up when he said he would. He was meticulous in his work. Everything looks great. His clean up was perfect. Just cannot be more satisfied. Use these people if you wish to be satisfied beyond your expectations.

Extremely happy with our Sir Grout experience. Moved into an older home recently but didn't want to update the bathrooms right off the bat. Had Sir Grout clean, seal and epoxy the shower stalls and bathtubs instead and they really brought the tile and old grout back to life. Well priced, incredibly responsive and the technicians were top-shelf. Can highly recommend.
