I’m writing to enthusiastically recognize and recommend the absolutely incredible team of Frank, Mitchell, Pedro, Martin, Carlos, Adrian and Jr from Duratech who recently completed foundational work at my home over a two-day period. Their performance went above and beyond what I expected—and I have pretty high standards.

The administrative guys , Frank, Mitchell and Pedro were prompt, professional and precise in every way. A quote on Friday and a team here on Monday! Wow! The team of guys, Martin, Carlos, Adrian and Jr worked through thunderstorms, dug 15 precise holes like it was no big deal, leveled my house with minimal issues, thoughtful care for the inside of my home and even managed to leave my yard clean, and with every single plant intact and thriving. That’s not just skill—that’s craftsmanship with heart.

What really stood out was their combination of grit, professionalism, and care. They didn’t just get the job done—they made sure it was done right, with attention to detail I rarely see. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just results.

I have needed foundation repair for quite some time and after several quotes I have decided to use this company. Every person I spoke with, Pedro (he helped me schedule a time that worked with my schedule), Greg who did the assessment and Ticho who assessed the plumbing, were very professional and quick to respond to communication. They also had the best price and guarantee their work. I'm so happy I found this company!

Discovering a sizeable crack along my brick veneer last month was unsettling, excuse the pun. A structural engineer recommended Duratech. Duratech responded quickly, took detailed measurements, provided a site diagram with pier locations as well as background information which helped me understand my foundation problem and the repairs needed to correct the foundation issues. The project cost estimate was also competitive. The project manager, Pedro, answered all my questions and the Duratech crew installed 13 piers in less then two days with little disruption and the sizeable crack is now just a line. If you are experiencing a foundation problem I would recommend calling Duratech.

I guess there is a first for everything- this is the first time I can say that a major home repair project was easier, cheaper, and faster than I expected at every stage of the project.

Thank you to the Duratech team for showing such integrity and transparency throughout this whole process. I was worried this would be at least 3-4 times the price, require me to replace my floors afterward, and cause significant disruption to my life. The team was able to begin the project the week after I got a quote, finish the labor in two days with all the piers outside and no interior damage, and put everything back the way they found it. It’s like they were never here except that my house is level now. The workers themselves were polite and careful and my laundry room is no longer trying to break off the rest of the house. It’s nice to know we have a lifetime warranty as well in case anything should come up in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company!

Thomas was great and professional. The work lasted almost a week longer than expected but that comes with it sometimes. It was a frustrating process but over all it went well.

I originally had Duratech work on my home 9 years ago, a few years after we moved in. I noticed some cracks in the walls recently and had them come back out under their lifelong warranty plan. The made the adjustments and did it with a good explanation of why it happened. To have this service done 9 years after the original work shows me they are a serious company.

The Duratech team is awesome. Mitchell, Steve, Patricio, and the crew did an amazing job. The team is professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.

A couple scheduling conflicts (they’re a small business, it happens) but once they got started on my house, it was smooth sailing. Excellent cleanup after the repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone who having foundation issues.
