Hy-tech foundation repair is the best foundation repair company in Houston, TX. Cullen and the team were incredibly prompt, respectful and helpful throughout our job. I would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with high-tech foundation repair. The entire team was professional, quick, and extremely efficient throughout the entire project. What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency, even though they delivered bad news, they were truthful, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything clearly. That level of integrity is hard to find and greatly appreciated. The crew worked hard, communicate communicated well, and made a stressful situation much easier for our family. Curtis Miller came out to give me an estimate on what I thought ( assumed ) was a sinking corner in my foundation. He spent an hour of his time taking measurements and talking to me about what he saw - which ended up being him telling me he could not sell me a solution, because in fact my foundation was not sinking. He actually assured me most of my slab was well within tolerances, with one small raise in the corner in question most likely due to the pooling water outside causing the ground to swell, and stay more saturated than the rest. Appreciate the time he took to continue to educate me on foundations, and what to look for etc even after he knew he had no sale today.

I couldn't be happier with Curtis and Hy-tech. They were able to give me a fair estimate and complete the job flawlessly within a week. I will recommend Hy-Tech to anyone.
