I am extremely satisfied with the foundation repair which was done by Hy-Tech Foundation during the month of August 2018! I had a lower bid repair done 4 years earlier and when I needed to call for warranty repair they were out of business. I started my research and visited with a couple of companies but either was just not convinced due to my 4 year earlier foundation problem. I decided to go with Hy-Tech Foundation even though they were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest. After reviewing the information with Curtis the Hy-Tech Foundation representative I was sold on the knowledge, experience, past and current work projects, general liability, optional financing and down right professionalism!
The entire crew of HY-Tech Foundation Repair were utmost professional and courteous. Covered up my personal items from the dust and possible damage (which were none). The crew of Julio and Adrian were phenomenal ! They swept and pick up at the end of each days work. The project had developed a issue that was not in the quote which did not affect the outcome because Curtis said "what do we need to do to make this right?" Which was done beyond my expectations with Hy-Tech Foundation Repair by Curtis making it right and Cullen the owner. Please view these photos of the start of project to the end of the project. 3 days of repairs and on schedule. It is like they were never there! Thank you!

I found Hy-Tech through a friends recommendation and am extremely pleased with the services rendered. The crew was efficient and courteous and the management team followed up as they said they would.

I used this company in 2019 for repair and the communication then was shotty-
I called them twice last week and also emailed them twice and finally got a call today-
A week later!!! Really?
Needless to say I will only use them if I have to use my warranty-

They had done some work for me in the past and did a great job. However, since then the company has been a problem. The estimate took longer to get from what I was told. When I emailed about a question they did not email back. And when the date came for them to do the work, they never showed up. No call was made to me stating that they would have to reschedule. Quality of service has severely declined.

Hy-Tech Foundation has refused to honor their work and the life time warranty for work done. Very stressful to deal with this company.

Update: In response to the owner’s reply, thank you but my paperwork states Hy-Tech. I will take my business elsewhere.

I live in a condo. They lied about what they were going to do to my home. They tore up my yard, destroyed my plants, throwing them to the side and then replanting them dead. They tore up my sprinkler system and it no longer works. They ripped off my down spouts from the gutters, leaving them pointing straight down, so the water dugs holes next to the foundation. They replaced the ground soil with the clay they dug up being put in top. My brick edging is now deep down or just not there anymore.
