Excellent outfit. Our house is over 100 years old, and we've used Hy-Tech for many years. Not the cheapest of the companies we looked at—and we do our research each time—but very competitive prices and excellent quality of work. Curtis, the sales and measurement guy, is top-notch. We asked a lot of him and ran him around quite a bit, and not only did he indulge us, he handled it all very courteously and kindly. A servant-leader if I've ever seen one.

The crew was equally as professional. They explained what they were doing and why. The foreman was transparent with us when they encountered issues (such as the fact that the ground was so water-saturated that the pier blocks couldn't get as much lift as we wanted). Cleaned up the job site and stayed late to make sure it was done right.

Will be calling Curtis the next time we need help with our 100-year old pier-and-beam.

Our church has used Hy-Tech Foundations on several different projects over the last two decades, and has always been pleased with their work.

In June 2018, the foundation on our theater building needed to be leveled. Hy-Tech Foundations proposed a plan of work that was reasonable in price and scope, and which was also able to accommodate a very tight schedule between scheduled activities. The foundation work required both interior and exterior piers to accomplish the needed leveling. The company began work on time and finished a day ahead of schedule while minimizing disruption as much as possible. Mr. Miller came by to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. The crew were all very hard workers and very professional in their interactions with the church staff. They also did a great job of cleaning both the interior and exterior work areas. The interior piers were finished to be level with the existing concrete floor.

I hired Hy-Tech in May to lift part of my foundation. Curtis came and gave me a very honest and quick diagnostic. We were on a very tight timeframe and they helped us get things done on-time despite a huge workload. Two teams came to the house and were very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Hy-tech Foundation Repair several times. We have found them to always do an excellent job. We called them in regards to a warranty issue and an additional problem with our parents house. Curtis came out looked at the issues and advised they would take care of any warranty issues as well they would fix a problem with a floor Joyce which was not an item they had worked on before. Their pricing and response to our needs were fast and once they were done the site was clean. We would and have recommended them to our friends.

We were in need of foundation repair and Hy-Tech was one of the companies that was refered to us by friends. After having 4 companies come out to bid we decided to go with Hy-Tech. The deciding factors were:
1. The professionalism of Curtis Miller (the man who came out and took the measurements and gave us the quote). He also took the time to discuss the plan, what needed to be done, and why.

2. Their pricing was very reasonable, not the lowest (my experience in these matters is that the lowest isn't necessarily the best option) but, they were also not the highest.

3. The professionalism of the crew. The crew that came out were very polite and stayed on task the entire time. Unfortunately, it took more time than expected (not uncommon when dealing with projects like this) but they were more than accommodating in working with our schedule. There was an unfortunate incident that happened with the gas line during back filling one of the holes but, they took ownership and contacted us and the gas company immediately to get it fixed quickly. Even though it was very inconvenient for us Hy-Tech did as best they could considering it was a weekend, making it difficult to contact Center Point.

4. They also have the ability to offer 1 year, 0% interest, which can be of help.

Overall, we are pleased with the work and have no problem or hesitation giving them referrals.

I am so glad we chose Hy-Tech to repair our foundation. They moved up our date several times to help us recover faster after Hurricane Harvey. The staff worked hard to keep our home and yard tidy during and after repairs. Tim and his team's experience was a big part of our peace of mind. Phone calls were welcomed and the customer service was great. Financing was also an option. Our neighbor recommended them and we recommend Hy-Tech too!

It has been a pleasure working with Hy-Tech Foundations. Early last year, we had three buildings that needed service and from the initial meet, Noe was beyond professional. He walked through a plan of action of what he and his team needed from us and if there was a change in plan, it was communicated to the association immediately. If residents had issues, Noe took the time to meet with them individually and to explain what he and his team were doing and the how long it would last. Over ten years ago, our association had foundation work completed on a building, but only to one unit. Noe explained this is not how foundation work is done and explained why. Even after work was completed, Noe and team picked up dirt we had saved for our community, but we had to get rid of. Jessica, I believe is the office manager, was also professional and great to work with and provided us with information prior to the start of work and after. I also would like to thank Cullen, owner of Hy-Tech. From start to finish of the job, Cullen would call to check-in on the project to ensure everything was going smoothly. If any issues did occur, Cullen, Noe, and Jessica made sure to make it right. Our association plans to utilize Hy-Tech Foundation again, as their work was beyond exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with the foundation repair which was done by Hy-Tech Foundation during the month of August 2018! I had a lower bid repair done 4 years earlier and when I needed to call for warranty repair they were out of business. I started my research and visited with a couple of companies but either was just not convinced due to my 4 year earlier foundation problem. I decided to go with Hy-Tech Foundation even though they were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest. After reviewing the information with Curtis the Hy-Tech Foundation representative I was sold on the knowledge, experience, past and current work projects, general liability, optional financing and down right professionalism!
The entire crew of HY-Tech Foundation Repair were utmost professional and courteous. Covered up my personal items from the dust and possible damage (which were none). The crew of Julio and Adrian were phenomenal ! They swept and pick up at the end of each days work. The project had developed a issue that was not in the quote which did not affect the outcome because Curtis said "what do we need to do to make this right?" Which was done beyond my expectations with Hy-Tech Foundation Repair by Curtis making it right and Cullen the owner. The entire team were friendly and professional. The work was completed within the time they said it would be and clean-up around the outside of the house was great.

They were amazing. Super helpful, honest and just made the experience pleasant (even in a bad situation) I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Thomas was great and professional. The work lasted almost a week longer than expected but that comes with it sometimes. It was a frustrating process but over all it went well.

They did a great for me at a house I was having a problem with. They came early morning, and was done with my home foundation by 3pm. They replaced all incorrectly installed materials with solid blocks. I was very satisfied, especially when he showed us the difference in the levels. Will use them again.
