Randy called before arriving with an ETA and arrived at said time. Asked him to do a job in a particular way and he was more than happy to do job exactly as I asked. Did a great job in a timely manner. Would recommend Nelson's Quality Remodeling to anyone. Great job,great price,on time,courteous,and professional.

Randy did an awesome job with my maintenance. He cleaned my AC coils, dry ducts and my AC unit with no issues. Randy was priced reasonably and he was very understanding to my time schedule. Detailed oriented and time management is something I truly appreciate. Thank you Randy for everything, I will be using his services again.

I was impressed how quickly Randy came to my house, less than two hours. Friendly, personable, and knew what he was doing. I could not have installed the storm door on my greenhouse by myself. I am impressed with this service and the installation fee was reasonable.

These guys did a great job! They repaired my drywall after a pipe burst and it had to be cut to get repaired. They also removed an ugly box light, repaired the drywall under there, textured, painted, and even put a pop-in box into the wall and ran wire from a J box and landed it for me. Now, the bathroom looks so much more modern and open. Most importantly, my wife is happy and the prices were 100% fair. I received quotes from several companies. All I had to do was install the vanity!

Dovetail did a great job installing new windows, repairing a leak and damaged drywall as well as other repairs around the house. They had great communication, always keeping me informed about the job and when workers would arrive. Then they showed up on time!! They were also always very respectful and professional - cleaning up after themselves and not damaging other areas of my home. I would highly recommend them for work on your home.

We worked with Daniel and Dovetail when buying our home. The house needed some refreshing, not a major remodel but maintenance work in floors, cabinets, AC, bathrooms showers, etc. Working with an experienced project manager with a good network of experienced tradesmen created the results we wanted. They calibrated my expectations on times and costs giving us options, keeping us informed and diligently keeping the work spaces clean. They helped us handle well a few things we discovered and we are now moved in and happy. I recommend them, engage them early; we did even before going on contract and the insights helped in the search and decision making.
