Owen did a fantastic job for our home warranty inspection. I followed him around and asked lots of questions during the process, and he was very knowledgeable in his responses. Overall, I am really pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection. I would definitely recommend this service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were available July 4th. The inspectors were prompt, thorough, and extremely detailed in their assessment. They provided a comprehensive report that highlighted all the key areas of concern.

The communication throughout the process was excellent, with the inspector taking the time to explain their findings in a way that was easy to understand. They were professional and courteous, making the entire experience stress-free.

Our inspector, Bill, was awesome. He was very thorough and his report was very detailed. He got the report back to us same-day and he walked us through the report and talked us through everything he found. The price was consistent with other inspectors I found. Overall, we were very happy with his work. :)

From start to finish he demonstrated incredible attention to detail. He inspected every inch of the property, ensuring nothing was overlooked.

The final report was delievered promptly, it was well organized, detailed, and professional. The report included several photos and videos with descriptions and clear recommendations on how to address the issues found. This report gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with my purchase. My experience with Redfish Inspections was seamless! The price was reasonable and they were prompt and informative with my report. I worked with Stephen Wichkoski, who was an excellent inspector. I got the Delux package and was happy to hear they had educator discounts. My inspector was Jose and he did an awesome job. I walked through the inspection with him and he clearly explained things he was looking for and any new standards that are in place. I have used RedFish and more specifically Mr. Daniel Thacker for a few years now. I always trusted Daniel for taking care of inspecting my properties. He is very through, extremely detail oriented, and makes you feel that you are doing the walkthrough personally. His reports are very detailed, and he takes tons of pictures and videos, which is very helpful to get a clear idea of the property. I highly recommend using RedFish for your inspection needs, and you can ask to have Mr. Daniel Thacker to be your inspector when you schedule yours!

Inspectors, Bill Smith and Stephen Gremillion, were very professional, thorough and explained all findings to me in detail. The report was comprehensive and detailed, but easy to read. They were also very courteous and respectful to the seller.

Scheduling was very easy and super prompt. In the back office, Jazz, Jolive and Anne were all very helpful.

The first time I used their services it was great. We had Gary Parr and Keith Jeanes, they were both kind and knowledgeable. They were thorough and we actually used them again recently. Bill Smith was so helpful. We had a leak at the property while he was there, and while doing the inspection, he also went to his truck to grab towels and help us place our dehumidifier where a pipe leaked.
