I lodged a complaint about the quality of the inspection on my property with Nick Sprouse in Jan. He promised to get back to me by last Friday 1/31 on my request for refund but not only that he never got back to me, he didn’t not return my calls after my 3 attempts to leave messages for him with their front desks. Nick is supposed to be their role mode for quality of customer service but you can judge for your self what is their true level of service when things go wrong. You better off picking a much cheaper competitor of theirs because whatever premium quality you thought you’ll get from them, you will receive none.
Owen did a fantastic job for our home warranty inspection. I followed him around and asked lots of questions during the process, and he was very knowledgeable in his responses. Overall, I am really pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection. I would definitely recommend this service.
I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were available July 4th. The inspectors were prompt, thorough, and extremely detailed in their assessment. They provided a comprehensive report that highlighted all the key areas of concern. The communication throughout the process was excellent, with the inspector taking the time to explain their findings in a way that was easy to understand. Our inspector, Bill, was awesome. He was very thorough and his report was very detailed. He got the report back to us same-day and he walked us through the report and talked us through everything he found. The price was consistent with other inspectors I found. Overall, we were very happy with his work. :)
Highly recommended. Our inspectors showed up on time and worked efficiently. They didn't mind us tagging along and asking questions or pointing out our own concerns. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and generally fun and interesting to talk to! Inspector Richard Lewis was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professsional. From start to finish he demonstrated incredible attention to detail. He inspected every inch of the property, ensuring nothing was overlooked. I, the buyer, was present during the inspection and Richard communicated to me the all the issues that he found and made it stress free by answering all my questions. The final report was delievered promptly, it was well organized, detailed, and professional. The report included several photos and videos with descriptions and clear recommendations on how to address the issues found. This report gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with my purchase. Inspector Richard Lewis was friendly, approachable, and trustworthy. You can tell he cares about his clients and takes pride in his work.
