If you want your property and wildlife disrespected they are the ones to call. Can't speak for all the crews but the one we had were a bunch of clowns. Jumping around in our garden planters, smoking on our property, and harassing and taunting a small snake that was not bothering them. I had to come out and yell at them to stop and leave it alone. This was all before the job even started. Frankly unprofessional behavior with no respect for the fact they are on someone else's property. Go with someone else.

Editing to add: After posting this review I did get an apology from one of the crew, the only one that spoke English. He explained that the guys were scared of the animal and were planning to kill it. I reminded him that it was not his property so not his call, and if they were scared they could move somewhere else or go sit in the truck. I told him they were hired because they had fantastic reviews, and the behavior I saw did not match that 5 star record. Management needs to retrain on safety and reiterate to this team that they are a GUEST on someone else's land and their job is the TREES. Not animal control or anything else. Their unsafe behavior had I not intervened could have easily led to an injury, a 911 call and an insurance claim. All which could have been easily avoided with some common sense.

We recently had a huge oak tree fall on our house. I tried calling a few companies on emergency basis and Alex, the owner of Nature’s Tree Removal was the quickest to respond. They were at my house within 3 hours of the call and worked from 1pm until after 8 o’clock to make sure th tree was safely off my house and the damage was covered with tarps. Their crew was extremely skilled at their work and completed a very complex job without further damage or injuries. I cannot say enough about how efficient these guys were. I’ll definitely use them for any other jobs I have in the future!

I put off tree trimming for way too long. I mean, I practically rolled the dice through last year’s hurricane season… and somehow got lucky. But when a branch crashed through our window on the 4th of July, that was our wake-up call: time to stop playing games with Mother Nature.

Cristian showed up within the hour—on the same day—to give me a quote. Super kind, no pressure, just straight to the point. We scheduled for that Monday and WOW—his team showed up, knocked it out fast, and handled everything with white glove care and a smile.

I compared rates, and they were definitely competitive—but what stood out most was the service. These guys care.

This company did an efficient effective and professional job. The crew works very well together and knows the job at hand. Concerns about the proximity of trees were evident but the experience of the crew was very impressive. Great teamwork and servce to get a big job done. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Before and After, Alex and his crew were AMAZING! This HUGE sycamore tree was in a very dangerous location and they removed it with no problem! Will definitely use them again!

Deeply disappointed. Nature's Tree Removal of Houston removed a tree in my front yard and ground the stump and roots. A day after they left my sprinkler was gushing water, as the PVC had been broken by the tree/root removal. I called and spoke with the owner who said he would come and look at it. I emailed several times and sent pictures. The repair was eventually completed by a sprinkler repair company and the invoice texted to NTR. It has been a month and no response. The repair cost was low ($126.81) compared to the over $2,000 my neighbor and I spent with NTR. More important it is a reflection of how they do not take responsibility when something goes wrong.

They did an amazing job and on short notice too. I had a dangerous tree hanging over my house. Another company charged me for coming out just for them to tell me it was too dangerous to remove. Nature Tree Removal came out within 2 days of calling to take it down. Their team was efficient, polite, and safe.

Had a pine tree badly leaning over my house that was boxed in by two houses, a fence, and a power line. Worked with Alex mostly through text message. I mentioned another quote I had received and he beat that price and offered to clean up a medium sized oak tree as well. His team worked quickly and left the site better than they found it. They ground the stump and blew my front porch off which I thought was a nice gesture. I think I found one small branch on the ground after. Payment was done electronically after the work was done. The communication leading up to the work could have been better, but I wasn’t in an hurry and I’m overall pleased with the service I received.

I would like to thank Nature's tree removal of Houston. Brian and his team came out and did three tree removals, two fence line trimmings, and trimmed one tree around the power lines in my backyard. They worked fast, efficient and got everything done quickly. They were very professional and polite and the price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend their services to my family and friends, and will use them for tree services in the future.

Alex showed up promptly to provide a quote for my property. The pricing was fair, and he communicated clearly with transparency and honesty throughout. I’ll definitely recommend him to others and will return if I need any tree work in the future!

I had to have 2 large Oak trees removed from my front yard. They did a very nice job. They were very safe watching out for each other and making sure the cars in the street passed by before they removed each limb.
I also had them grind the stumps down. They did a much better job than many of my neighbors have had done.

Didn’t show up for appointments.... very unreliable!!
