First and foremost Nestor was very professional, respectful, honest and upfront. He removed 3 tree stumps in about a hour and half and that includs having to use chain saw to shorten a very large stump and chit chatting of future tree removals. No fuss. No muss. Nester came by same day, and quoted me price for removing my large Arizona Ash stump. An hour later, nothing but mulch left. VERY professional and courteous. Our son in law used Nestor to remove appox 20 tall pines,110 ft plus tall for new home costruction.He also ground the stumps.We saw the fantastic job they had done so we hired them to remove a tall pine that was close our house.Once again a great job ! We then had them clear a large area of brush around our property.

I have used Nestor twice now and he has done a great job! He removed a HUGE tree from my mother's yard and you could not even tell he had been there! He just helped me trim a bunch of trees and do a major clean up at my mother n law's home and again great professional service! I will always use him and refer him to friends and clients as well.

I was amazed at their knowledge, courteous, professional attitude and work ethic. I will definitely use them again to care for my trees. We had two live oak trees, 30 feet high X 20 feet wide and a 15 feet high and 10 feet wide, removed. I had a water leak under the trees. They grinded the stump and roots exposing the main water line making it easier to repair the water line. Tafoya went above and beyond their duties. We highly recommend this tree service company!!

He charged me less than his estimate because he thought it was a bigger job than the photo i sent him depicted. He was done in 5 minutes. Job well done. Can’t say how much it means to me to get good honest service.

Nestor and his crew did a fantastic job removing my oak tree! They even repaired the pipeline that broke in the process of removing the tree. He and his crew were very punctual and professional. Plumbers digging a trench in our back yard decided to go home when they encountered a tree stump. Nestor was able to come out to grind the stump the same day that I called and did a great job for a good price. We paid extra bc we felt he had quoted too low (our yard is a disaster at the moment). My wife and are completely satisfied with the two oak trees Nestor Tafoya trimmed in my yard. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. One of my trees had several years of inexperienced pruning that comprised the tree's canopy and shape. Nestor quickly explained his approach to correct the issue which will take several years of proper pruning. I will contact Tafoya's Tree Service for all future tree related needs in the future. Tafoya removed a tree from my back yard today. A big tree. They had to navigate around power lines on two sides. It was a delicate process. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up completely and ground away the stump. The price was very fair. They have all of their own equipment to cut and grind and chip and haul everything away. Nestor is the front man. He speaks excellent English and stayed for the whole job. How much more of a compliment can I leave?

Third experience with Nestor and his team yesterday; after finishing a neighbors tree removal, had him remove several stumps at my place, which had previously been cut to the ground years ago (by other service) now causing issues mowing and ground sinking as stump decays. In all three cases Nestor has been a true character of professional workmanship and honesty to do what he says he'll do and always very respectful of me and my home.!

Totally satisfied! Nestor and team arrived ontime, cut down & hauled off 8 large trees, 'removed 6 stumps'; Very impressed with every effort to 'remove the entire stump and tap roots around it', unlike some who only shave the stump to ground level (leaving a pile of sawdust), whereby ground is unusable for future planting (beware-get what you pay for). Nestor owns all his own equipment (no rentals) and comes prepared to do all needed. I thought his pricing was very reasonable even a great value, considering overall quallity of workmanship.. Cleaned up afterwards, smoothed over all stump areas, raked yard clean, blew off driveway, very attentive to details. Definitely recommend!

He's done it again! This is the second time we used Tafoya's Tree Service within the last 6 months. 5+ Star Service every time~ From a HUGE job down to a small job, they did more than I could ever imagine. Nestor can see something I could only imagine and bring it to life. We needed a to cut some trees down along with grinding down stumps that would be left behind. He and his team started bright and early and were done before lunch!
Again, this is the second time we use their services and we can never complain. Reasonably priced for immaculate service and we will continue to hire Tafoya's Tree Service for any of our tree/land clearing needs! Thanks again guys!

This group is great for all tree service needs. I have used them twice now and could not be more pleased with the service, overall experience, and amount they charge vs. other similar groups. Had them clear a large overgrown area of my yard and grind multiple stumps. They also removed an extremely large dead pine tree from my yard and were able to start and finish the job the day I called requesting service which was amazing! I would highly recommend Tafoya's Tree Service.

I cannot recommend Tafoya enough. Nestor and his crew were the first ones on the street after the storms hit and the next morning his crew was back to take the trees off of our roof that had demolished our patio. He was here for the next two weeks clearing the neighbors trees off and his crew operated with the utmost of safety and integrity throughout the entire ordeal.

We had some really challenging trees but his crew managed with without issue and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone any day of the week.

My family and I have called this company in numerous times to take down trees that we are not able to ourselves. I'm always impressed with their prompt responses and reasonable rates. They are not the first (or second) tree service we have used since moving into these woods a decade ago. However, they are the most fantastic!

They take their time during consults and will always help you save a tree if possible. I've also love the level of care they put into their work and how they explain the process when needed, especially when it comes to best practices versus low cost.
