I was having electrical issues with my pool equipment and had. She’s Tim finding anyone that would touch it or knew anything about the electrical system with pool equipment specifically. I found Rodrigo and he came out that day to look at it and get a game plan, came back a couple of days later with supplies and fixed the problem! My pump is now working again, my pool lights work….I couldn’t have been happier finding Rodrigo and having him fix my issues!

They came out super fast and fixed the pool pump and vacuumed the pool. They were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you need quick service for a good price. Thanks Phoenix !!

My filter pump had an issue and Phoenix Pool Services showed up on very short notice. They were honest and affordable and got us up and running again very quickly. I will definitely be calling them in the future if and when I have any pool issues. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service all around! Rodrigo and his assistant, Isaac will do whatever it takes to get the job done, rain or shine! They kept their appointment as promised! I called Rodrigo at Phoenix pools on a Wednesday and by Friday he was there giving me a quote on replacing my main pool pump. That Monday he came back to install the new pump.He also helped explain why I did not need high end upgrades to my system that I thought I needed which saved me money. Im very happy and impressed with Rodrigo’s customer service and his ability to get things done. I will now be sending all my pool projects and issues to Phoenix pools. Outstanding service!! Phoenix really came through for me when our pool cleaning equipment failed right before our party. They came in last minute and saved the day and go the pool looking back to crystal clear. Highly recommended!!

Moving in to new place and really needed someone to come help me understand the pumps. Rodrigo came over that day and helped me understand and fix the issue faster and better than other pool techs I called to help. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for an honest professional that won't gouge you, Rodrigo and Phoenix Pool Services are all you need for rest of your pool's existence. Pinch-a-Penny's tech ( off of Louetta and Grant) absolutely destroyed my equipment to try and sell me a whole new system. I ended up buying a whole new filter, tried to install it myself, but just couldn't get it right. Leslie's wouldn't install it bcuz I didn't buy it from them, so I had to find an independent installer - also not easy, and from my experience, risky too. Rodrigo came, saw everything, and wasn't phased by the mess. Fair price, and the work is super clean! 5 Stars ALL DAY LONG! Also way faster than expected! Thanks Rodrigo!!!

Rodrigo and his team did a great job cleaning our DE filter, replacing our spa light as well as fixing a leaky valve. Very responsive, professional and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

We had Rodrigo and his team out to repair our main circulation pump and get our blower for the spa working again. They came when they said they were coming and did the necessary repairs without trying to up-sell us on stuff we didn't need. We will totally have them out again do repairs on our pool equipment in the future.
