Company says they do back ground checks but they got caught hiring a Felon that did prison time and a former corrections officer BUSTED and on probation....Great job hiring convicts!

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Champion Housekeeping!!!! I have been using them for over 7yrs off &on. They are extremely dependable, do a fantastic job of deep cleaning, &seek out what you want each visit. I wish I was able to use them more regularly, but Barbara is great at working me into their weekly schedule, even on short notice....gotta have them come before my in-laws or endearing relatives show up for those surprising extended visits. When they came regularly, they were great if my boys got hm from school before they finished and there was never an issue with security or my black lab.
Try them and you'll truly see difference between deep cleaning and sweet smelling cover up job. These ladies are amazing!

I’ve decided to discontinue services with the company due to extreme unprofessional behavior from the onsite supervisor. When I informed the supervisor about corrections that were needed around the house, she told me that if I didn’t like the service then cancel. She never made me feel like a valued customer. The supervisor yelled at me and told me that she has 100 houses to clean and that my house is a problem for her. I’ve noticed the ratings have started to decrease and I can understand the reason for it. Today I prevented one of the ladies from putting leather cleaner on my expensive furniture. I do not recommend.

if i could give zero i would - cleaners did not show up when asked - they did not clean the items on the list they said they would - made me wait a week before they came out to finish what they didnt do the first time - paid for a deep clean and nothing like that was given - sent 17 pics of all the things they missed - the company sent me money back and never spoke on that I had to pay again - very rude customer service - all she wanted to do was talk over me and not listen - would NEVER recommend this company

Used the first time today and they were great. We usually keep a tidy home, but they came in and made it sparkle. Even my kids are saying how clean it is and looks.

We’ve been using Champions Housekeeping for over 10 yrs! We’ve come to know the company and the ladies and they’ve always been super accommodating for us! We’ve been very happy with the service and our home always smells super fresh and clean after they’re gone. We appreciate the attention to detail and the little extra touches they give. Recently had the pleasure of having Anita, Maricela and Rossi from Champion Housekeeping do a deep clean on our home. They were sooo thorough even scrubbing down the doors and cleaning out the fridge. They were significantly more affordable than housekeeping services we’ve used in the past but they didn’t sacrifice quality for price. They were also extremely efficient finishing my entire home in about 3 hours. Our home was pristine when they finished. They were all lovely people and we loved chatting with them and getting to know a little bit about their lives. We learned this company is a family run business and everyone who worked on our house that day genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. We hired them on for monthly cleans and have referred them to several friends. Thank you so much ladies!

I don't want to leave a review unless I feel really strongly, and in this case I just couldn't not leave a review.
My husband and I recently had our house "deep cleaned" by Champions Housekeeping and want to touch on a few key factors that made this experience terrible-

1. Communication- after filling out a info form and the date of cleaning was scheduled, I was not given an ETA for their arrival until the morning of the cleaning! And then they got to my house 3 hours after that ETA. I was waiting at home for hours with no "hi, sorry running behind" - I had to reach out to see where they were after 2 hours of waiting.

2. The actual cleaning- I asked and agreed to a "detailed clean". In their policies, this includes ceiling fan wipe down. My ceiling fans were not wiped down. This includes, per their policy, "when the crew member moves furniture to sweep underneath" - I had side tables and chairs that had TONS of dust, hair, etc under them when I got home. Per their policy, doors and frames would be cleaned. I have a ginormous windowsill that wasn't wiped down. Per their policy, the detail clean includes bathrooms. I don't even think they touched my guest bathroom as there was still dust in the bathtub in some spots I had noticed before.

3. Afterward, I reached out with photos- I don't like to complain about a service but I felt like it was necessary given the many things that were not done. They budged on the price by 30$, but I felt like this was not a fair exchange for the overall awful experience.

My one positive is I will say they did mop the floors (in the areas that they actually mopped) pretty well and my shower was also really clean.

The TLDR is - find another company. Maybe this company is great if your house is always a disaster and any cleaning is a good cleaning, but if you keep your house pretty tidy and want someone to really DEEP CLEAN the nooks and crannies, save your money or go elsewhere.

Champions Housekeeping absolutely lived up to their name today! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. I requested a detailed cleaning, and they went above and beyond. Every corner, surface, and space was spotless. What impressed me most was how thorough they were while still finishing the job in just a couple of hours. Super efficient, professional, and truly exceptional work. Highly recommend them if you're looking for top-tier cleaning services!
