Hi I had my apartment deep cleaned in such short notice, I messaged them on Monday and they serviced me Wednesday morning. Very fantastic job despite a minor hiccup, the maids had broken a piece off the bidet when cleaning and when I asked them about it they gladly recompensated and took off what was to replace it. So I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend for good results.

I found them on Google two days ago. They scheduled me in right away. Next day service. They did an amazing job cleaning my house cuz it was horrible. I have 4 kids and work from home. They are all homeschooled so you can imagine. Anyways, I would definitely recommend and I’m making this a regular routine. Extremely responsible pricing too.

Had Veneza and Flor for one-time clean with a 3-bedroom house. The booking was quick and convenient, price is reasonable if you’re looking for affordable cleaning service. The actual appointment went pretty smoothly from start to finish because all communication was clarified front-end. The ladies know what they’re doing and were quick to act. I would recommend to make sure highlighting any specific request during booking process so it’s a smooth ride.

Hired them to do a deep cleaning for move out, they did an amazing job. From the fridge to the floor boards it was perfect. Now I use them every other week at an affordable price and the girls have done amazing. Would recommend to everyone.

Do not use if you are a business. The owner does not understand the concept of working with a business and the accounting process behind it. There are procedures for adding a new vendor to your business and she does not understand. She sent me an invoice for the first apartment I had cleaned for my property with the due date of that day. I explained to her AGAIN how it works and we will have to set her up as vendor and accounting will cut the check. She then emailed me every single day because the invoices were "past due". Only to find out that she was not able to provide the correct COI for 2 additional days. Once set up as a proper vendor she then asked for payment within 2 days. Do your self a favor and do not use this company if you are a business.

I hired Texas Elegant Cleaning to clean up a home that had been neglected for a couple of years. They did an outstanding job — the difference was night and day. I’m now moving on to the renovation phase and plan to bring them back once that’s complete. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail, and results. Highly recommend!
