Started with quick and accurate comms followed by a time arrival of a very friendly tech. Felt like I had known him a while within 10 minutes. Treated then cleaned our carpet without complaint and within the allotted time. Will reuse.

I recently had Snappy Cleaning clean the carpets in my master bedroom, the game room, two additional rooms and the staircase, and WOW, what a difference. Everything looks fresh, spotless and truly like new. The technicians were extremely professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. On top of that their pricing is very fair and competitive, which made the whole experience even better. I’m genuinely thrilled with the results and highly, highly recommend Snappy Cleaning for anyone who wants amazing quality, great service and fantastic value.

Unfortunately, this service did not meet my expectations. The stains are still visible, and the carpet didn’t feel properly cleaned at all. For the price paid, I expected much better results .The carpets were left patchy, some areas still dirty, and there was no noticeable freshness after cleaning. Stains remained, corners were ignored. Not satisfied at all. Carpets still look dirty after cleaning. Customer service was also unhelpful when I raised concerns.

The guy started at 12:30 and by 1:50 he was done with 6 rooms carpet cleaning.
