The technicians were extremely detailed in their work. They checked each duct, the dryer vent, and even the registers. They showed me photos of the buildup they removed—it was unbelievable. Now the HVAC is quieter, and the air feels cleaner. The dryer also works like new. Fantastic job from a reliable company.

The technicians were courteous and efficient, making sure all the ducts were spotless. My dryer now dries clothes faster, and my allergies have improved. Truly a worthwhile service.

Found this company with a Google search when I was displeased with my current window cleaning company. They were very responsive, gave me an accurate quote over the phone, and got me on the schedule right away. The cleaners were professional, efficient, and did a much better job than the company we used in the past.

BEWARE: I used Geek Window Cleaning for over 2 years and the last quarter of 2017 they failed to show up. I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered.

I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY!

Shane and Alfredo did a great job cleaning our water stained windows! Should have done it months ago... They worked hard and really care about making sure you are satisfied. 100% satisfied.

Excellent service. Reasonable prices.They had to come back more than once to complete the windows and the power washing because the rain kept interfering. I appreciate their willingness to do that, and make sure everything is complete to my satisfaction. I also really like the fact that they are insured. I will stick with this company for my window washing in the future.

RIDICULOUS!!

Not to confuse anyone but I mean ridiculous in a good way!

First, I saw their website and was blow away at how well it is put together, very professional. I called and someone answered on the first try just like the website said, awesome. I left my information with the receptionist and I got a call back from Kyle within an hour. Got my quote right over the phone and was pleased to hear it wast really expensive. Set up an appointment for the following week.

Then is when it starts getting really ridiculous....By the end of the day I got an email from Kyle with photos of the people coming to clean my windows with a small/funny background of themselves, thought this was very cool and nice. The day that they were to come they said they would be at my house between 9:30-10:30 AM, they showed up at 9:15 AM, awesome. Kyle knocked on my door and I opened it to find a person standing there wearing a nice collared button down shirt, ID badge, pocket protector and, wait for it.....a bow tie. So absolutely fantastic! The other guy, Omar, was dressed the same but had glasses and a "short" tie. Kyle said that one of them would come inside to clean while the other was on the outside.

So Kyle stayed outside to do the windows, probably because it was such a nice day and his "profile" I was sent said he just enjoyed being outside as much as possible.

Now you know when you have people working on your home and usually there is Tejano music blaring? Well they did this but instead of Tejano it was a mix of classical symphony music with some songs of Bob Marley, Otis Redding and Ray Charles. So fantastic!

They were very fast and finished my home inside and out in no time. I sat outside and chatted with Kyle while he was cleaning and I enjoyed the music he was playing, the conversation and weather. After they were finished and packed up Kyle came inside to give me my invoice.

The invoice was less that what I was quoted! I was just speechless. Kyle said that it was faster than they expected and so the amount owed was simply less. I still paid what I was quoted :).

After the whole amazing experience I got a few more emails from Kyle following up with me. I cant believe what an amazing experience it was just to have my windows cleaned. I want my windows to get dirty just so they can come back but I'm willing to wait 3 months, I signed up for their quarterly cleaning program!

I hope this review gets them more business! Sorry its so long but there is so much good stuff to say about this company!

I wanted to be writing an outstanding review. My expectations were enhanced by reading what other customers had written. Everyone has an off day. Unfortunately it turned out that I won that prize.

45 minutes late, although he did call to say he was stuck in traffic. My window screens have numerous streaks in them where soap cleaned part of them, the rest is still dirt. Windows are good.

The deal breaker has to do with my credit card information. I wrote a check for the first service. Provided them with my credit card for the follow up quarterly service. That night my credit card company alerted me to a charge in the same amount of the check I had written.

Later I found out the credit card charge was a mistake made after a long day. I have been advised that a credit was written immediately.

My windows are not nearly as important as my credit card information. Yes, people have difficult days. Unfortunately the casual handling of my credit card number and related information has ended the relationship.

Very impressed with this company! The online scheduling option worked great for my busy schedule… The guys were professional, prompt and their work was pristine! They even followed up w/ me the next day to make sure there were no concerns. There are so few places that have even decent customer service nowadays, so nice to find one that maintains the bar so high! Highly recommend and will use them again!

They did a great job on our house and windows! We have used them over and over again for years and appreciate their professionalism and the quality of the work they do! Can’t wait to use them again!

The best pressure washing and window washing in Houston!!
Kyle and team did both the inside and outside of the windows. After Harvey and the spring pollen it transformed the view of every room. They were super conscientious to make sure they got ever spot.
The also pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, porch and pool!! Highly recommend you do this! Our home was built in 1964 and they took decades off the appearance. They also applied a natural cleaning element and took the driveway from a dull grey to a sparking white. All my neighbors wanted to know what we did.
We are putting our house up for sale and I know the work the Geek Cleaning did will help us sell our house fast.

We have Geek Window Cleaners on a quarterly contract. They always let us know when they will be coming and always show up on time. Windows look great, even upperstory windows. Highly recommend!

Actually saw their social media ad and decided to reach out. Better than I expected! Our windows had not been cleaned in 2 years (COVID) and we live near trains so DIR-TY for sure! Unfortunately that meant having to come out a second time to REALLY get them clean, and they did voluntarily! Will use them in the future FOR SURE! Great, responsive and courteous customer service all the way around and TRULY KNOW WINDOWS!!!

Kyle and his team were wonderful! Prompt, courteous, helpful and left my windows clean and sparkling! Not only that, a few of the windows were so old and stuck they couldn't move them at all. But even after all the time and effort to try and budge them and dislodge them, he still charged me less than the quoted estimate. I would recommend them to anyone!
