I was very impressed with the service I received, the ladies were very respectful, thorough, they cleaned more than what I expected and their rate was very good for the services received. I will be using them again and refering them to other customers.

I've used a couple of times for all type of cleaning including moving out cleaning and deep cleaning. They were prompt and didn't leave until the job was done. I felt like I was valued as a customer. Will definitely be using them again soon.

This company did a great job cleaning our house. I was so impressed. Left our house fresh and spotless. Not only did they do a great job cleaning, they had the best prices around.

I'd never work with his company again the owner is dismissive and has no care for homeowner's personal property. Repeatedly the cleaners are allowed to damage personal property, or discard and the owner has not once apoloigized or offer to make the situation whole instead she treats you like you are lying in defense of her cleaners and when you insist that the damages are addressed she wants to give you a used of unknown origin option. I don't think this place is properly insured or the workers bonded because what business owner behaves in this manner. Don't be fooled by these 5 ⭐️ I'm sure they are plenty customers who simply stop working with this company due to the lackluster service than to take the time out of their busy schedule to write about their experience. You don't want people in your home that are going to DISRESPECT you and your belongings.

This is one of the best cleaning services I have ever seen. They really know what they are doing. I am so happy . I was preparing for the event and they were working around me. They are very respectful and friendly. I 100% recommend south west maids

Thumps up for Aisha and her great team. These ladies are so professional, fast and friendly. They pay close attention to the details without you asking to do it, and they don’t mind cleaning or doing anything you ask them for. They have a system in cleaning they do every time, so they don’t miss anything unclean, and all the cleaning equipments are available with them. They’re almost always on time and reliable. My home smells so fresh and clean after they leave. I appreciate their time and help, and by the way their prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. Highly recommending them for homes, apartments, businesses ..etc.

Needed help fast. Called Asha on Saturday, she and her crew were there on Monday. Cleaned and keft everything so near. Will be using them again. Highly recommend. They do good work.

Their standard cleaning is very thorough & much superior to other companies I have tried. They are detail-oriented and leaves the house spic & span. They’re professional, fast & friendly too. Special kudos on the bathroom cleaning- they do a great job on the toilets.I personally have not been more satisfied with any other cleaning service as I have been with Southwest Maids.

I had a couple cleaning companies before this one doing my house but I was never satisfied, SW Maids are very professional and friendly, the ladies always come on time and they know exactly what to do, they pay attention to the small details in every corner in my house without me telling them, they have the right cleaning products for every furniture I have(wood, fabric.... etc) their price is fair comparing to other companies.
They have been doing my house for almost two years now, never had any issues with them, I love how my house always look and smell after there visit.
I highly recommend them to any family or business.

They did a move-out cleaning, the day before I had to hand back the townhome. Cleaners showed up almost three hours late, due to flat tire. They broke the dryer connections, did not tell me, I found the broken connector after they left. The person on the text/phone (owner?) told me it is an easy fix, so I should fix it myself. I tried, but couldn't. Then they offered to fix it, in a few days. But my handover is 8am next day. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to come over 7am to fix it. 7am next day, I waited and waited, never showed up. They then told me to ask the landlord to allow them to come back at a later date to fix the connection. Like I am gonna believe them after so many lies.

As a first time client the job was completed thoroughly and efficiently although the original quote increased 20% after they started the work and taxes were added when the first quote included it. Recommend confirming flat rates after they become acquainted with your home. Other than that it was good experience.

A big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I’m so happy to have finally found the cleaning service that I’m 100% satisfied with. The communication was excellent. I was informed when the team would arrive and informed again when they were running a little late.
Since we didn’t get our house professionally cleaned in a couple of years or so, I didn’t realize how much of build-up we had. But the cleaners were very thorough, took care of all corners of the house!
After they left, my lil daughter commented “wow! The kitchen looks new”. The whole house looked amazing. Can’t thank them enough and looking forward to our next appointment with them.
