Organic Housekeeping is a great maid service. My new favorite day is cleaning day because I love coming home to a spotless and great smelling house. They are flexible with my schedule and a great price considering the amount of time they spend making sure everything that needs to be done or what I’ve requested is complete. Have also used them for move in/move out cleanings (which is a top to bottom cleaning, all appliances, windows, blinds, fans, etc) I and was seriously impressed with the results. Fully recommend this company for your cleaning needs, you will not be dissapointed.

My wife and I have used Organic Housekeeping to clean our loft for over 10 years now and are very pleased with their service. They come every two weeks and leave our place spotless. If you are looking for a reliable housekeeping service in the loop, this should be one of your go-to options.

Came home to find my truck not fully detailed as I was told. Exterioer wasn’t even washed and interior was not completely detailed Inside. Not worth the $80 for what I could have done myself with resolve!!!!

I called 5 star for assistance with cleaning my carpet and hanging a ceiling fan. My fan was hung with professionalism and my carpet looks new.

I’ll start start off by mentioning when I first called to get a quote on a standard cleaning (3 bathrooms/ kitchen/ vacuum) they quoted me almost 500$... This is a townhome. I was kinda shocked. I immediately said that’s almost double what I was looking to pay. Then the gentleman proceeded to ask what was really important to me as far what needed to be cleaned. I said the wood floors were number one. Then cleaning stairs/bathrooms and kitchen were also very important... he then comes down about half the price, but still the most expensive quote I received. He also mentioned that he would personally treat my floors for me. He said more than once that floors were his specialty. I decided to do it as they could come during the evening when my girlfriend is at school..
They show up about 2 hours late. Not a big deal. I was fine with it. They bring in all their equipment mop bucket included. I make sure they have everything they need. One of the “cleaning technicians” mentions that the owner will be there shortly to do the floors. They get started in the kitchen. I should mention the people that were there were very nice. That’s the reasons the stars are at 2...

About two and a half hours later they say they’re finished. Looks pretty good at first glance, but then realize the gentleman never showed up to clean floors. The most important part... I ask the lady if he’s coming, and she says no I don’t think he’s coming, he got caught up. I mention the one reason I hired them was to mop the floors. She calls him in front of me, and I over hear her say “you’re eating wings? Without me??”.... so I guess he decided to skip out and go to a bar and eat wings. I talked to him on the phone and he acted like he forgot our entire conversation. He tells me that the discounted price didn’t include floors. lol ok. I remind him what I said and he assured me he will come back and finish the job. The lady that was already there took some floor cleaner and a dry mop, sprayed it around a little and moved a dry mop around a few times... I know that didn’t do hardly anything as I’ve tried that myself on my floors before... not a good attempt to rectify the situation especially when they had a mop bucket.
I then pay the two “cleaning technicians” with a tip included. Like I said they were nice, but clearly have not been trained, nor did they pay attention to detail.
And by detail I mean..
Didn’t clean my microwave at all, left grime in 2 sinks at the bottom, didn’t wipe down the glass in one of the showers, knowingly only swept my floors, and left obvious spots on the stairs after vacuuming.
A good company is all in the details.
The gentleman had assured me that he would call and come two days later to finish the job. I was willing to bet that he wouldn’t after everything was said and done... and I was right. No call nothing. He had already been paid. Wasn’t surprised at all. So basically I payed almost 300$ for a sweep/ vacuum/ kitchen and 3 bathrooms to be cleaned. Pretty disappointed after he quote said “ we’re not like other companies. They will quote low and not do a great job. We do a really good job. Especially floors.”
Unfortunately they quote high and don’t do a good job. Bad customer service. Not thorough. And the worst part is, I’m pretty sure I would have gotten the same clean for the doubled price. All around no good..

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service provided.
