Carolyn has been cleaning our home for over a year now and has done a fantastic job. She is thorough and makes sure that all the little details such as neatly folding the towels and making the beds are done to make the house look organized and put together. She is always friendly and flexible with us when we have to make changes to areas that need or do not need to be cleaned week to week. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

I’m extremely disappointed with the cleaning service we received last week. Several key areas in our home were completely overlooked — Our son’s bathtub wasn’t touched, the kitchen sink was left dirty, and our master shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. For the price I expected a thorough, detailed cleaning. Unfortunately, that’s not what we got.

We gave clear instructions and were hopeful based on past reviews, but the quality of work was far below acceptable standards. I do not recommend this service and will not be using them again.

For the past several weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Mariecar provide cleaning services for my home. She has done an absolutely outstanding job and has exceeded my expectations. I had a team of cleaning folks prior to switching to her services and the differences is tangible. I am so glad I was recommended to try MaidLuxe as they have made a tangible difference in the cleanliness of my home, which says a lot because I have a 5 and 7 year old who are especially talented at making special messes on a regular basis! April has also been great in assisting me with determining the type of services I need and providing the absolute best customer service experience I have had in quite some time. She is always super responsive and quick to find solutions to questions I have. I am super happy as a new customer and plan to continue with MaidLuxe for all of my cleaning needs.

The team from Maidluxe: Olinda, Maggie, Erika, and Zivia, did an amazing job at my mom's house which had not been professionally cleaned in years. When the team arrived, Olinda carefully looked over the house and planned out how to clean everything thoroughly and methodically.

The team’s cleaning was impressive. They spent more than 5 hours working on the house, making sure to clean every area. The rooms went from being dusty and musty to feeling bright and fresh. They worked efficiently and effectively to rid the house of dust, dirt, and grime, tackling even the tough, hard-to-clean spots.

The team was super nice; we enjoyed having them in the home and the price was very fair for all the work they did. For anyone with a challenging cleaning job, especially in an older home with years of built-up dirt, I'd strongly recommend Maidluxe. They did an excellent job and transformed my mom’s home completely. I give them five stars for their great service.

I was very pleased with the service I received last Friday! The best part was Julie, who gave me confidence and security that she was in control and would ensure excellent service. The team did a great job; although some of the items were not put back as tidy, I look forward to developing a relationship with them to clarify expectations and I know they will be able to demonstrate great results every time! Also stellar customer service with everyone that has helped coordinate services. It is a bit high but they are working with me to make sure it meets my needs. Thank you all for all you do!

We’ve been using MaidLuxe for quite some time now, and we can’t recommend them enough, especially with Trulie as our usual housekeeper. She’s absolutely wonderful! Not only does she consistently do an outstanding job with each cleaning, but she’s also so personable and always a pleasure to interact with. We can tell she takes extreme pride in her work and always goes the extra mile to make sure our home is spotless before leaving.

One thing we really appreciate is how amazing Trulie is with our pets, our four cats and dog. She’s so gentle and respectful with them, as well as mindful because they love following her around and asking for attention.

From top to bottom, Trulie leaves our home looking and feeling fresh every time. We’re always so grateful for her attention to detail, the care she puts into everything she does, and her great attitude. Even when I need to reschedule I'll always ask for Trulie's availability above all else.

Update to Review: Since Trulie went on leave, Maggi has been taking care of our home and she’s been doing an excellent job as well. It’s clear that MaidLuxe holds all of their cleaners to a very high standard. Maggi has been thorough, kind, and attentive to every detail, which really shows how much the company values both quality and the people they hire. We’re so appreciative of the consistent care and professionalism from everyone we’ve worked with at MaidLuxe. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that I found Maid Luxe. The service and professionalism is amazing. I have my home cleaned every two weeks and Ashley comes early and ready to work! The cleaning team arrived a little early. All three were very professional and friendly. They did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Grateful for a Fresh Start with Maid Luxe!

I’m incredibly thankful that April was able to fit us in on such short notice. My husband had to relocate from St. Louis to Houston in just three weeks, and once we found an apartment and got moved in, I knew we needed a proper deep clean—something beyond the standard turnover.

I found Maid Luxe through a quick Google search, and I’m so glad I did. April made it happen before the heavy furniture arrived, which was a huge relief. I also went ahead and scheduled monthly maintenance cleanings to keep things fresh.

Luz and Maria did a wonderful job. When I returned to the apartment, it felt clean, light, and refreshed—exactly the kind of welcome we needed during such a hectic transition.

We needed a garage apartment deep cleaned and were referred by a neighbor. It wasn’t the size of the space but rather the amount of nicknacks that required care of handling. We were not disappointed. Sarah made first contact and after sending pictures, her quote came back very quickly. Scheduling was convenient, the reminders were appreciated and they called when they were on their way so we could secure our dogs. Most importantly the apartment was spotless. Great follow up from Sarah to insure our satisfaction. I’ll be using their service again.
