Paid for deep cleaning. Ruined my stainless sink with some sort of cleaner. Messaged them through their app and didn't respond. Didn't vacuum along the front edge of couch leaving dog hair built up. Left key lockbox on door backwards and didn't change the combination.

From the confirmation email to the details in cleaning I keep finding a day after the cleaning staff left, it was a phenomenal experience. MC Cleaning (Mercedes and Norma) went above and beyond. Both times they went above and beyond expectations and really made the house look like a model home for the Realtor and Photographer. Jeni's Allstars team came for the first time yesterday and they did a great job. We had a bit of a challenge to have a team confirmed. We had to wait 2 weeks but the company was very responsive, communicative and they offered us an additional discount for waiting which was very appreciated.

Used 'That's Clean Maids' for a second time to do a Deep Clean with baseboards and all for the Spring. Once again an amazing job. They arrived on time and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. I didn't have to ask or give any direction. True professional cleaning service. Booked easily online and they have an app that you can download to track the arrival time and completion time. Our team Mr. and Mrs.Aquilino Santillan were so friendly and thorough.

Celine and her partner were amazing. They work so hard and do not finish until the entire job is done. They are VERY friendly to our dogs and love to socialize with them while still maintaining a sense of professionalism and ALWAYS leave the house smelling and looking amazing!

This company kept in contact with me before they even arrived at my home. THey told me who was coming to my home and I booked a deep cleaning for the first visit. They are very professional, take great care with everything that they touch. Moved the furniture to sweep and clean under everything. I really enjoyed them veing there. They asked questions to ensure that they were doing what I would do. They even got things cleaned that I was never able to do myself. You cannot go wrong with using this company. I plan on setting up bi-monthly appointments today.

My housekeeper of 30 yrs. recently passed away, and I was just lost. That's Clean Maids came out and cleaned. They did a wonderful job. They scrubbed and cleaned for 2 and a half hours. My townhouse looks and smells lovely. The 2 young ladies were very nice and brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. I highly recommend this service. I was very pleased.

Paid for a Move-Out clean, I got exactly that. The apartment was so clean that someone could have moved in the same day! Jeni's Allstars came in, and got to work. All I did was packed up the last of my things, and got out of their way. They did an excellent job, and I will be using them again!
