We use Ready Set Maids to help us keep up with our short-term rental. They are always professional, on time, and incredibly fast. I am always shocked with how well they can clean the whole house so quickly. Our guests especially love the toilet paper roll art!

Have been using this company for a few months and have had a really great experience. Elizabeth is usually our cleaner and she does a fantastic job. She’s fast and super thorough. The price is also very reasonable. I’d recommend the company and Elizabeth to anyone!

We had Griselda come today, and I am blown away by the amazing job she did! We haven’t had our apartment deep cleaned since we moved in a year and a half ago, and we wanted to have a fresh start for the new year. This was our first time using Ready Set Maids, and Griselda was so kind and professional. Our apartment has never looked so clean, and I was extremely impressed to see she was able to remove residue on our stove that we have tried for months to remove with no results. I can’t wait to book with Ready Set Maids again and hopefully have Griselda return!

The 1 star rating is based on facts. Ready set Maids didn’t follow nor complete their own company provided check list. We paid for a deep clean and only 1 person showed up. She was in our home for 8 hours, very nice lady, but she missed more than 50% of what’s included in the basic clean. The office staff was difficult to communicate with regarding what was missed and it took 4 phone calls to finally come to a resolution that they wouldn’t come back to correct what was missed and only offered a $70 credit. We ended up spending more with another cleaning company that did come complete the preparation clean for our photo shoot for the listing to sell our home.

Absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. My home has never looked this clean! They tackled every room with care, paying attention to even the smallest details. The team was friendly and respectful, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. Scheduling was a breeze, and they showed up right on time. I couldn’t be more impressed and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend for anyone in need of top-notch cleaning services!

We have been using Ready Set Maids for several months now and we have been relatively pleased with the service. We've tried a couple of different cleaners now, and are the most impressed with our most recent, Sandra! She's incredible. She's very very sweet and tries her best to communicate. She stayed longer than she was initially intending, to ensure she did the best job possible. We are very very happy with Sandra's work and look forward to booking with her in the future. I give Sandra 5 stars, but the company 4 stars, as this is the first time we've been this impressed. Will update to 5 stars in the future, if the same level of service is provided more consistently.

Have been using RSM since 2024 and have really enjoyed their professionalism, customer service, and cleaning specialists. On the customer support side, Maria and Eileen are always so lovely on the phone and accommodating of my changing schedules, which I appreciate immensely and is the top reason I stay with this company. They're responsive, kind, care about your satisfaction with the service, and are always on time.

As for the cleaners, I have Thalia right now who is a gem! She's so kind, funny, personable, and does a fantastic job. She sweeps through my roughly 3600sqft with grace, silence, and skill. She even helps get cobwebs off high ceiling fans--above and beyond! I've had a number of their cleaning staff come through (including Mariela, Yselda, Esmerelda) and I've never been disappointed with any of them. If I felt like there was more attention needed in particular areas, I flag it and they are always amenable to putting in the work and ensuring a job well done. I enjoy this company, the staff, the service, and the convenience of scheduling.

The cleaner brought an additional person in my home without permission!!

I asked them if this was the policy and they said no! Not to mention this the second cleaner I have had. The first one did not clean behind the toilets.

They don’t want dishes, they barely scrub anything, and they will bring extra people into your home!!! There are other cleaning services available that will do more less. I am extremely disappointed in them!

We scheduled a Move Out clean 3 days prior to our move out for a 2,200 sq ft house, 4 bed, 3 car garage, 3bed/bath and they did fabulous! They cleaned everything so well and were personable. Ana and her coworker did a fabulous job. They were sweet and went the extra mile. We 100% recommend their cleaning services to anyone who may looking for a move out clean, see clean, anything by them!

The ladies are super nice and very efficient! My husband and I just purchased our first home! It’s an older house that hadn’t been in use for over a year. The customer service was on point! They gave me an arrival time frame and a time period of how long it would take. They did everything according to what they said, no overlap or lateness. The house looked amazing after the ladies were done. They even cleaned our front porch and front door which was covered in dirt and cobwebs! I definitely look forward to utilizing their services again. I very much recommend Ready Set Maids for all moving and regular weekly or monthly cleaning services!

I recently used Ready Set Maids for a move-out clean and the results were outstanding. We had a little delay with the movers but they were able to accommodate me and were very communicative throughout the whole process. The home was cleaned top to bottom and the cleaners were very efficient and on time. I will definitely use Ready Set Maids in the future. I am very pleased!!
