I have had them come out twice now and my place looks the best it has ever looked. I have tried 3 different cleaning services in Houston and Rise 'N Shine maid service is the best and I plan to stick with them.

I've been using them for almost 2 years now, the ladies are so nice and leave my house feeling fresh. They are flexible with their availability to meet my changing schedule and I look forward to their work every time.

Rise N Shine Maid Service did a great job cleaning my home. The team was on time, friendly, and worked quickly. Everything looked and smelled fresh when they were done. They paid attention to the little things, which I really appreciated.

A wonderful team of skilled women! We have two dogs and a child in a very small space. We needed help keeping up and have not been disappointed! We typically do biweekly, and this is going to be our 3rd time requesting them. Very pleased!

I was extremely disappointed with this home cleaning service. Upon arrival, they upcharged me from the original quote, despite already charging $250 for a
"deep cleaning." For that price, I expected a thorough job, including mopping all floors, sweeping under furniture, and detailed cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. However, the bathroom floor was not mopped, under the bed was left unswept, and they only did the bare minimum, like lightly cleaning the tub and shower.
The cleaning itself was nothing more than a quick wipe-down, but even that wasn't done thoroughly.
Dust and grime were still visible in multiple areas, making it clear they rushed through the job with little effort.
I live alone, and only one room needed cleaning, with some attention to the kitchen. Despite this, the entire service lasted just two hours, and I was still charged the full $250. For that price, I could have hired two professional cleaners at $35 an hour each for four hours and received far better service. The lack of effort and attention to detail was unacceptable.
Think deeper before considering this service-it's overpriced and not worth it. I would not recommend

A team of two came in and cleaned our house beautifully in about three hours. It’s a project that would’ve taken us all day to do so very grateful and will have them come back monthly!!

I was quoted a great price for my deep cleaning! Super good and fast job. They cleaned everything from my house fan wings to inside my kitchen cabinets and detailed all my baseboards. Once a month clean is all my home needs with Rise N Shine Maid cleaners. I was originally referred to them by one of my close friends in the gallery area after a gathering at her home near Galleria, and oh my god how spotless it was! I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic cleaning service very detail oriented and all wonderful job in my house. I had some yellow spots on some of my tubs and they were able to get it out. I couldn’t get it out for the life of me so thank you so much. I highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional. I had there service for 2.5 months. I took biweekly service but what a nightmare. She gave me 15 dollars less then other maid services but I am telling what a headache I had to take starting from taking there appointments,and so unprofessional untidy work. They make me feel as if they are working for free. I took there service five times among which they canceled one time,and the yesterday they try to cancel it but I had a party yesterday and I request them to come then the owner send me text I can help only for one hour. I said okay because I was not getting anything last min. Then she came and when I said how could you do it, and so unprofessional she was very rude. How come a anyone cancel there appointment 10 mins before scheduled time.Then somehow they did some cleaning which I needed very urgent but she charged me the full amount. I tried there service for 2.5 months hoping every time will be better but I it was totally a disaster. I am done with them. Will never recommend them to any one. Don't waste your hard earned money.
