If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! I should have taken before/after pics. The ladies did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! I scheduled my mother's house for a deep clean & they worked systematically through each room, cleaning everything gently & thoroughly. I definitely recommend this company!!

Marlene is the best. I’ve had other crews from BCC and always asked for Marlene back.it’s just not the same unless Marlene is here. She does the work of 3. Ovens and stoves look brand new every cleaning and I’m someone who’s heavy on both applicants.
I pray she gets another helper to speed up the cleanings but she does a great job and is always on time.

Best professional cleaning I have ever paid for! Worth every penny, and very reasonably priced. They cleaned everywhere, everything is spotless, even in places like "behind the refrigerator ". Took one hour less than they estimated. Also carpet cleaning looks like new. These guys are fast, and extremely professional. Most sincere thanks!

I have been using their service for a few months and I am SO happy with their staff and the cleaning service overall. It saves me so much time and they do a wonderful job. They are super friendly and amazing with my child and dogs. Highly recommend.

The two women doing the cleaning did a great job. The house was vacant (1600 sq ft) and had been "cleaned" by someone that the landlord hired. It was somewhat clean but not adequate. After the Better Choice team finished, it was spotless. So, I am pleased. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars, however, because I have the nagging feeling that they milked an extra hour out of the job. For two professionals and no furniture or other impediments, I believe the job should have taken no more than 2.5 or 3 hours max. This matters because they are paid by the hour. Also, it is not as if the house was a mess. It was actually pretty clean but I wanted them to shore up areas that were missed. So, I ended up paying more than I wanted. I wasn't there for most of the service but when I did show up I could tell that they were speeding up since I was watching. I guess this is to be expected but that was the only part where I wasn't completely satisfied. I have used this company at least 20 times in the past 10 years for client homes (move in/move out cleaning) and will continue to do so. They really do provide a great service. I'll just have to make sure I am around to watch so that I know that I am getting charged for adequate service time. I say give them a shot at your business and you will not be dissatisfied with their work. I have had many great experiences with them and expect to have many more in the future...

All the employees that we worked with were exceptional! Couldn’t have asked for better service! We had two 8x10 wool rugs spot treated and cleaned and they almost look brand new they did such a phenomenal job! They even helped us move our furniture to put them back where we had them in our home. I highly recommend Better Choice cleaning and would definitely use them in the future again if need be.

I requested for a move in deep cleaning for an 3 story home and went ahead and added the carpet cleaning as well. As with all cleaning services, we are typically apprehensive of the detail of cleaning. I spoke with Brenda who walked me through services and a quote. They were able to come out next day, where I walked her through my areas of concern and came back before they left to inspect. I was very impressed with Cristina’s work (she’s had 20 years of experience). I specifically requested if garage, window and door frames could be cleaned and they cleaned that and all usual areas including floors, sweep, bathroom, kitchen, baseboard, etc. Phenomenal job! I would specifically request Cristina as I am OCD and my mother will be visiting and for sure would be impressed. Thank you!

Payed for a deep cleaning service and only received a basic wipe down. Only cleaned the microwaved and left the oven as is even though it was empty. Not sure if it’s because noone was home to monitor but the deep cleaning was not what was expected. If you’re looking for a basic cleaning then they’re great but if you looking for professional cleaning that will provide thorough cleaner than I recommend somewhere else. Otherwise I recommend having someone in the property to make sure they are doing the job. Was told it would take 4 hrs but the cleaning that was done should have taken 1.5hrs max.

I saw some pretty good reviewed on here and to be fair maybe I just got a bad cleaner for my service and the others are great. But for the price I was charge I was expecting more.

I contacted this company in regards to getting my carpets cleaned. This company is amazing. Denys was very nice and professional quick and efficient. They actually showed up 1 hour before they was scheduled to come out which I was happy about that. Definitely will contact them when it’s time to get my mattress clean. And on top of that they left the carpets smelling like they just came out the washer machine. 5 stars

Excellent services! I checked different companies before booking them. As the name suggests, it was the better choice compared to others, who had outrageous pricing and so many conditions.

I spoke with Glenis, who was with us from booking through the end of cleaning. She answered all our questions and explained clearly what the services covered. We only paid what was quoted; there were no additional or hidden charges. The cleaner was quick and did an exceptional job. Kudos to the team!

Yasmin was absolutely amazing! We just moved in and she cleaned everything we asked for and more. My husband has severe allergies and it was very important to us we removed as much dust as possible. She has made our move in so easy now. Refrigerator and oven are spotless no odor. All of the weird marks on the walls gone. She went above and beyond and asked me to check their work. I will be using them again and seriously recommend to anyone.

Gaby arrived a bit early and was prepared to work. She was not afraid of my two dogs (which were kenneled ). Everything thing the company website said would be done was done. She cleaned everything, she was neat and efficient going above and beyond my expectations. I'm a ongoing customer moving forward. Thanks

Better Choice did a phenomenal job cleaning. We used their service when we moved out of our home before the new owners walked through. The deep cleaning device was very thorough. My only recommendation is to call and confirm on the day of your scheduled cleaning. My cleaner didn’t show as scheduled but they were able to replace her and send additional help, as promised.

Marlen was amazing!! Arrived right on time and cleaned thoroughly for my move out. I will 100% book her again. Pricing was more affordable than the other quotes I got. Booking and payment was easy.
