Our family has used their cleaning services for several years and have been really happy. The staff always are ALWAYS punctual, friendly and very professional. The house looks and smells amazing each week when they finish! I appreciate Raul and his team and will continue to recommend Maid U Shine to anyone looking for reliable service at a fair price.

When we moved into our new place, I was nervous about having people come in to clean, but was so happy with the exceptional service! They came in and gave everything a good cleaning, in a timely and efficient manner. Being new to the area, it’s a little nerve racking to choose a company, but they came highly recommended and I would definitely use them again!!

I called this business and was told the service is $130 per hour. I asked about a first time customer discount to which the employee told me would be $50. I agreed to a 2hr service with two cleaners for $210. The home was already pre-cleaned by my tenants before they moved out therefore there wasn't much left to do.

After the two hours I was called and told the cleaners needed more time. I asked why, and was told that they needed to clean the fridge and stove which was already supposed to be included in the move out clean. I said no and asked them to have the cleaners leave.

Upon reviewing the service there was barely any work done. I had to spend several hours of my own time cleaning what the "cleaners" did not do. SEE PICTURES OF HOW THEY LEFT THE HOME which is exactly how they found it.

Not only was my CREDIT CARD CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT or even an invoice, I was charged $344 which was not the agreed upon amount of $210. It was only after calling to complain that I was refunded the falsely charged amount. I contacted the supervisor via email and have never received a response.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have used various maid services in the Houston area for the last 5 years and never have found my “go to” service. But now I have. I hired Maid U Shine for a deep clean of my house and the service they provided was outstanding. The entire how’s was immaculate down to the smallest details of the drawers in my bathroom and the cobwebs on my porch. I will certainly be using them for my regular cleanings now and deep cleanings, and I have already referred my friends.

I've been using, Maid U Shine for years at my home and several office locations. They always provide exceptional service, but yesterday they really went above and beyond. My preteen's room was a disaster and I didn't expect them to do more than change the bedding but they tidied up the room in a way that made it really manageable for my kid... and it actually made me cry. My husband and I also work from home so sometimes work gets left all over the house and they really gave us a fresh clean start. Everything always smells and looks amazing after they leave and every single provider who has ever been in my spaces has been friendly and helpful. You won't find a better service anywhere.

What impressed me the most was how thorough they were—every corner, surface, and detail was spotless. Incredible service! Crystal called me immediately after my panic inquiry. I needed my three-story home cleaned before Thanksgiving, and they were able to fit me in with less than a week’s notice. She listened to my concerns, and I decided a deep clean would be the best fit.
I had two maids for three hours, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’m not embarrassed to admit my house was extremely dusty and flat out dirty, I have a large dog, I hate doing floors, and I never clean my shower because I don’t have a removable shower head. They handled everything with care and ZERO judgment.
I’m completely thrilled with the results and will be booking them reoccurring, and full-time without question. They even brought all their own equipment, which was a lifesaver since my vacuum was out of commission.

I have been using Maid U Shine for 6 months now. I just wanted to say they continue to impress me month after month. I am a busy professional, I live by myself and sometimes it feels like I can never keep up with everything. That includes the “precleaning” before the maids come. When I feel like I’ve left my house disorganized or in disarray (like I did today) they come behind me and go above and beyond to clean and organize my house in ways I didn’t even expect (like throwing out the boxes I had on the floor and cleaning my cat’s food tray). I just can’t say enough great things about Maid U Shine and wanted to do whatever I could to let people know how wonderful they are.

We’ve had an excellent experience with MaidUShine! Crystal in sales has been a pleasure to work with, as her friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills are very appreciated. In addition, the ladies that clean your home also do a great job and are very thorough. And if that’s not enough, Maria the Supervisor drops by to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied!

This was my first experience with Maidushine and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was so lucky to have the GREEN TEAM — Maria and Marisol were wonderful. I have never seen such cheerful, hard workers. What was especially nice is that, when they were finished, the house smelled fresh — not like cleaning solutions that is so common with other services.
