We called Adroit to do landscaping for our rental house before selling, and their plans and mock-up photos were exactly what we were thinking!
I cannot recommend them enough- we will definitely be calling them again for our next project!

Joel and his team were amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional. Addressed all of our concerns and did a beautiful job. Every day when his team left they cleaned up everything and left the yard/driveway in the best condition possible until the next work day. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them for any work you’re looking to have done on or around your house.

Adroit Services recently repaired my sprinkler system. My 20+ year old system was limping along until a fiber installation severed one of pipes. The priority was getting that fixed but the sprinkler heads needed a refresh as well. After they finished, the system functions like new!! Thanks for wonderful service!

Had a tree fall on my house during the hurricane and left a large hole. Cheapway agreed to be at my house at 9am sharp this morning and I cancelled all other prospects. Does not show up not call, call him at 10 and he says he busy and rattles off a list of excuses on why he can’t show up for a few more hours. Would not consider using again. Probably lost an entire days worth of work now.

Do Not Hire This Company. They will not finish the job you hiring them for. I hired the company to cut down a tree with Stump Grinding. They cut down the tree but never grinded the stump. Kept on giving the excuse that the machine was being service. After several months of waiting, they stopped responding to text messages and phone calls.

Terrible Service and unethical business practice.

Beware! I caution everyone against using Cheapway as the owner, Phillipe, has questionable business practices. We agreed for his company to cut down and remove two trees from my backyard and grind the stumps so that they would not be visible. He quoted a price of $840 for all work, and we set a date for him to complete it. He asked for a $40 down payment at that time, and I agreed and paid the down payment. [I would like to note that many servicemen have down work on my house and none ever asked for a down payment.] In any event, they showed up on the day they were to do the work 50 minutes outside of the agreed-upon time frame. I showed them to the back yard, they began the work, and I went into my home to wait for its completion. They informed me that the work was complete, but I noticed that no stump grinding had been done. When questioned about it, they handed me the phone, and Phillipe was on the line to tell me that they would be back tomorrow to stump grind as they did not have the machine with them. He then told me to pay the guy who handed me the phone. I informed Phillipe that I would not pay the remaining $800 in full since all work had not been done. I told him I would pay $600 today and the remaining $200 when they finished the stump grinding the next day. Phillipe insisted that I pay $650. I obliged. As of the writing of this review, no one has come to stump grind and I have not heard anything further from anyone in his company. I am now led to believe that he never intended to perform any stump grinding and hoped I would be dumb enough to still pay the agreed-upon price in full without it. I would not be using his company again. I would like to note that the tree removal was done quickly and to my liking; however, I am giving a 1-star review as I believe he promised work he never intended to complete as agreed but still wanted the agreed-upon price. I believe that is dishonesty and is important to report.

Contracted on Friday to have 2 birch trees removed from my backyard. Cost for the 2 trees to be removed and hauled awaywas $380. I aksi asked to have both stumps removed for an additional $190. The men showed up within 10 minutes of the 10:00 appointment and got right to it. In less than 40 minutes, both trees were down and hauled away to their trailer. I paid $380, as agreed and confirmed by phone this morning, for the removal and hauling. I told them I will wait to see if someone returns for the stump grinding, scheduled for tomorrow. So far, hassle free. The guys were polite and courteous. Only a few leaves to rake up, but all the branches are gone. I would use them again.

Follow-up. The stump grinder showed up about an hour after the first crew left. The machine they use does a good job. Happy with the removal, but the cleanup was a little more than I expected. All in all, a thumbs up.

Reviews are subjective depending on expectations I guess. Felipe and his team were great. Free estimate on Friday, small deposit in relation to final cost, team arrived on time Saturday and went to work. Extra tall pine had to be removed and access was difficult due to my greenhouse that branches fell on and collapsed still hadn't been demolished. Job completed in one day including clean up for both my neighbors yard and mine. Only challenge was that nobody spoke English and Google translate wasn't cutting it. I am glad that I took a chance on a 2.6 star rated business. I will post pictures.

Unfinished work. Hired them to cut several trees and grind stumps. They were hired on at a reasonable price for the work. Unfortunately they missed several stumps and hid some under the ground up remains of other. Brought this up with management and they kept saying they would send someone. It's been a week since I last contacted them and nothing. You definitely get what you pay for and if you do end up going with this company, check, check and recheck that the work is done 100% and then check again before paying.

After the recent Hurricane Helene, my yard was left in a messy state with several large trees that needed removal. I had heard about Cheapway Tree Service & Landscaping but was initially hesitant due to mixed online reviews. However, after a close friend recommended them, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did!
Felipe was kind and punctual, offering a free estimate. His team was fantastic—they arrived on time and went straight to work. The crew was professional, responsible, and did an excellent job cutting down trees, trimming branches, and thoroughly cleaning up all the debris. The price was also very reasonable for the high quality of service.
I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend Cheapway Tree Service & Landscaping to friends, colleagues, and family!

I'm disabled and Retired.
But when a Wind Storm breaks massive Tree Limbs, and BLOCK your walkway, what are you gonna do? I'll be Calling "Cheap way Tree Service & Landscaping". These are the only Pros I will Call. Their Workers are polite and kind and listen to your needs. Also, the price was the Best I could get in my community.
They do respond to a large work area. But, don't let that stop you from using them. They are Good!

Incomplete job. Left a big mess in my yard and neighbors like 1/4 of a big oak trees worth. No communication. This pic is their finished work. This was started on Saturday 9/7/24 and it’s now 9/11/24 and still hasn’t showed back up. I had to call another company to finish the job.. They also blocked my neighbors trailer in his yard with piles of brush and left it.save yourself some time and call another company and thank me later lol

Seems like they take a long time, always blowing the same leaves around and leaving them in random places or blowing them into your patio area, spraying chemicals and leaving bad smells. Would be more effective to use brooms/bags for leaves and pull weeds by hand, they would get done faster and actually remove the leaves instead of blowing them everywhere. They do not do quality work, the landscape doesn’t look like it’s been taken care of when they leave. They are also very loud and make lots of noise early in the morning.

Awesome company. Really came through with our landscaping services. Previous company left a mess and landcare was able to not only come in to a mess but clean it all up and have us looking the best we ever have. Chase and his team have been amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
