Love Texscape! Working with Tiara Collier was one of the easiest and professional experiences I’ve had in landscaping! 10/10 would recommend!

The apartment complex I live in uses This company. They shattered a window on my truck and gave me the run around to get it fixed. They obviously do not have the responsibility of saying they accidentally messed up when they damaged other people's personal property.

Why does every landscaping service want to show up at apartment complexes at 7 am?!? No one wants to have to listen to an army of lawn care equipment first thing in the morning. Total d*** move to run loud equipment literally right outside people's bedroom windows at 7!

Tiara is amazing to work with. She is very energetic, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Zero stars if I could. They some bare minimum workers. And love to play around with that leaf blower and effing around with people. Yall garbage.355-9040 or something for the license plate .

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR HOA! Our HOA is currently using this company and they are horrible! They do not mow all the areas every time they come. You can clearly see that they do not use a weed eater every time, and after cutting back trees, they left branches and debris all in the flowerbeds until they came back the next time to mow. That’s laziness and ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE THEM! Our neighborhood’s landscaping and other areas have over grown before because they have mowed the required areas. They may be good for apartments but not for residential home areas.

I cannot express how neat and professional the team at Texscape is. I had a huge vent, and needed significant work several days before. Texscape took the job, and performed flawlessly. Please consider them for all your commercial landscaping needs.

The HOA for our property contracts Texscape for landscaping service and the quality of their work isn’t good. They neglect to remove debris and cut materials from areas they service; overall a pretty sloppy job. Also while removing a dead plant from my yard one of the workers broke my main water pipe; the first attempt at fixing it was not done correctly and they needed to make a second house call to fix it again after I insisted that I had the first attempt inspected. Perhaps the quality of their work is contingent upon the particular crew servicing but my experience with them has not been good.

Tiara was a great help for any landscaping needs. Very easy to work with, professional, and have great quality work. I will use their business again in the future.

Tiara Collier is the best!! She is always so responsive for any of my properties needs and goes above and beyond! Her customer service is unmatched!!

Tiara and Texscape are rock stars anytime i need a question answered she picks up her phone. I have an association with them and they are hands on immediately. Thank you Texscape for all that you guys do.

WORST "LAWN CARE" SERVICE "professionals" you could possibly have. Read the other reviews, hire at your own risk. They hire half wits who seem not to understand how or what they are doing. They must just hand them equip and say "get after it" 🤷🏾‍♂️ Damaged a 100k vehicle and went it Circles about it instead of taking responsibility for it outright. They will try to play like a fool if you complain. If you hire them after reading this, it's on you.

Texscape is great to work with. I really enjoy working with Tiara. Every detail is handled professionally and timely. Additionally, her personality can really brighten the day. The work they do is always top-notch. 5 stars!

I was at the hospital this morning and their workers damaged my vehicle as they were laying mulch this morning. They scratched my car and I have witnesses and pictures to prove it. They were very rude when I approached them about it so I reached out to the company about the incident and was told that "an incident report would be made and a representative would get back to me". I hope you guys do the right thing AND take better care when working around other peoples property. How would you feel if you came out from a doctor's appointment and there was a big scratch on your car... Just not right. Sheer negligence.

Texscape Services has been exceptional in maintaining communities in the Houston region. We first noticed them about 4-5 years ago. That Texas logo is plastered on a lot of trucks around the city, but theirs really stood out with the bold TEX included within their name. As a non-native Houstonian, I've always been impressed by Texas PRIDE, and Texscape embodies it perfectly.

Their team is professional, responsive, and dedicated to quality. They maintain several communities where we have stayed through Airbnb, and the landscapes are always beautifully maintained and pristine. I highly recommend Texscape Services for top-notch commercial landscaping!

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their regional manager came out during a busy time to adjust irrigation controls for us. In addition, we have the best supervisor who we can call at any time for any issue. Their company is always responsive. The extra landscape project that they do our very good quality.
