Crazy drivers running red lights and swerving. I don't even want them in my neighborhood.

I did not got any service from them , but one of their drivers cut me off without warning on Highway 90 going into Highway 6. I tried calling that very same day to make a complaint but no one answers phones.

The reviewer, Brandon Blair is the Operations Manager this shoddy company. Google should remove his review! What a joke!
His crew did not have the proper guards on the mower and debris flew off into my car and dented the door. Brandon refused to make it right.

A group of employees and/or their friends consistently party here, playing loud bassy music. It is presently 11:15pm, and they rarely stop before midnight. When they do, they rev all their engines, squeal their tires through the next several intersections, as intoxicated as you can get after 4-5 hours of partying. The last one to leave then closes the gate behind them, gets in his big pickup truck, and gently drives away.

If they treat their neighbors like this, how do you think they'll treat your property?

Shattered my back glass and part of my panoramic roof. Spoke with someone name Jonathan he told me few lies. Bottom line do not use this company because to keep from filling an insurance claim and fixing a tenants personal property that they damaged they will not take ownership and the sad part about it is the apartment manager was in on it. But I'm not done with this by a long shot.

While they were mowing, a rock flew up and cracked my brand new car's windshield. Tried calling and emailing. Got ahold of one person who said he would return my call later that day. Never got a call back. Sent 2 more emails, called and left message. Got no response. Unbelievable.

Forgot to post this review* So recently my wifes vehicle was damaged by Richmond & Associates Landscaping. Upon reaching out to my Apartment Complex, they assured me that it would be fixed that this happens “all the time”. So fast forward, what happend was that my wife & I were coming home from Wal-Mart on June 14th 2025 & passing by the lawn company working outside of the apartment property. They had a zero turn lawn mower & a weed eater cutting grass right next to the flower bed (full of rocks). Well we heard two loud bangs (thought maybe we ran over something) maybe 30 seconds later (our carport is like 200ft. from where the accident occurred) my wife went to get my son out of the car & noticed these two huge dents on the right side quarter panel. So we get back in the car & drive over to the lawn mower people & try explaining that the mower & or weed eater had sent two rocks flying into the side of my wifes brand new car. They called their manager & said everything would be taken care of & not to worry as this happens “all the time”. So fast forward 3 weeks later, the lawn company says they had no report of any accident or ANYTHING. So here we are filing the claim that should’ve been filed 3 weeks ago, (2 weeks ago) now. So after about a month & two weeks, I finally got a call today of them saying that it was not caused by them, that it couldn’t possibly be rocks. Which is crazy because there was NO kids playing outside, Mrs. Chaun Sherman states that it could’ve been a “rifle” “air soft gun” etc. Please explain to me how these dents are non rock related? I do this for a living as i’m a collision estimator & I see this ALL day long. It’s not hail as the vehicle would be covered in hail damage, & to top it all off she says the estimate was “too expensive”. Offered to give me $200 as a good “faith”, but if you didn’t “do it” why offer any incentive at all? Not to mention she was very rude through the entire conversation, & when I asked to speak to someone else higher up, she says word for word, “Im the highest you’ll make it”. Anyways please spread the word not to do business with this company, as they don’t even follow their company guidelines. Per Stuart Dolan & Gonzalo, they stated they shouldn’t have even been USING a ZERO turn lawn mower on that small patch of grass to begin with; due to it being mainly over the ROCKS! Pictures of my wife’s car are below as well as the flower bed. And also if you’re seeing this Mr. Jimmy Richmond (Owner of the company), this is not professional & this (you) should be held accountable. No reason why this claim should be denied when we took ALL necessary steps for a smooth transition when my wife & I were extremely patient through out the entire problem. Your team apologized multiple times for how long this took & still didn’t do anything to help out at all. -1 Star review for sure.

Urban Elements really helped me out when I needed new gutters and a draining system when it comes to hard rain n floods around my house. Very professional and timely when working on my house. Nobody wants to spend money on something like gutters a draining system but when it's a need you should call Urban Elements to work on your house.

We are so impressed with our experience with Urban Elements. Originally we contacted them to fix a flooding issue we have been having in our backyard and after our first discussion we knew we chose the right guys to help bring our backyard back to life. The guys installed a total drainage system to take care of our main issue, then the crew of guys completely transformed our backyard into the backyard of our dreams.

Here at Ashford Hollow South, Houston, found Alejandro via Google from Urban Elements...came to place, measured all windows and provided me with 3 x different quotes & manufactures...explained in detail pros & cons from each! After I chose the quote it felt like no time for him to get them built & installed! I totally recommend his professionalism and QUALITY!!!!

I had a large job for the crew and they worked so nicely together. The job was completed on the original timeline with no complaints. The supervisor on site was so efficient and in control. This meant the crew worked well together.

Alejandro and his team did an amazing job freshening up my overgrown yard after purchasing the home. Oak trees were beautifully trimmed, yard cleaned out, three trees removed and new mulch in all the beds. The team was professional, on time, very respectful and caring. I couldn’t be happier.
