Zach did a halfway job on our backyard!

Just had Zak and the crew out for another job. He hit it out of the park...again. He gets five stars.

I made and confirmed an appointment for them to come out and give a quote, and took time off work to meet them. They didn't show or even bother to call

So we jumped on the backyard chicken wagon and Zack built a great fence for our ladies. Definitely will use again.

Performance landscapes completely changed the look of my yard! They were professional, timely and did a great job. I am so pleased with the results - will definitely call them for future projects.

The summary of services were: 1) gravel the parking area in front of my home, 2) gravel the driveway, 3) gravel the parking area in front of my neighbor's house, 4) lay down grass on the area outside my fence line (next to the driveway), 5) power wash the sidewalk, 6) replace the front gate and 7) power wash the whole front fence and stain. Zak and team did a tremendous job and were incredibly responsive! I highly recommend Performance Landscapes!

Initially, I had positive interactions with the proprietor. He then fell sick and was unable to come to the house, as planned. Understandable. Thankfully, he recovered well but became difficult to reach - not returning texts and phone calls. I had to chase him. He did eventually show up to look at my project. However, he was evasive and reticent to send me a written scope of work or a contract, instead just giving me a verbal cost estimate. I convinced him to send me documentation. I don’t work off verbal agreements. I have watched Judge Judy. He undertook to send the documents on a specific date and for his workers to come and do the work the following day. Neither were forthcoming. I don’t know what the problem was but I don’t work with unreliable, or without a contract. Never.

Zach and crew have been working at our house for over a week with some pretty large projects - new sod after a pool, walkways, playground, rock gardens and drains. They have done an amazing job - here everyday working until dark, getting things done quickly, and the right way. They clearly take pride in their work and I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

I needed a dead tree removed from my patio. They got in touch with me quickly, were able to remove it without me even being there for a very reasonable fee. They were quick, efficient, and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

Zak has performed many different landscaping jobs on multiple occasions and every time they have turned out great. Zak and his team have installed grass, drainage, hardscape, shrubs, and flowers, and every time it has exceeded our expectations. His prices are reasonable, he is quick to respond. He is my only call whenever I need landscaping work done.

We had Zak/Performance Landscapes take care of our front yard. We have the typical small Heights front yard - Zak & his team came and took care of it in a day. They put in new edging, plants, mulch, and gravel. It matches the house much better than what the builder originally put in. Very quick turn-around time from initially reaching out to him to getting the job done!

I'm so tired of contractor's lack of responsiveness, and they're no different. I took out time to go over my project needed, sent them the info the requested, and never heard back. Followed up with them but they just ghosted. So frustrating.

Zac and his team caused over $1000 in damages to my turf, landscaping, and hardscaping

We hired Zak for multiple jobs and will continue to hire him for more upcoming projects. His prices are reasonable and doesn't creep up with new costs along the way. His team is really fast and he plans work so it's done in an efficient timely manner. He's super responsive and punctual once a commitment is made. We've had sprinklers installed, filled a large planter with dirt and sod laid in our yard. The sod has caught on beautifully. Thanks Zak and Team!!

We hired Zak with Performance Landscaping to build a wooden box filled with mulch to put a swing set in. He was also hired to assemble the swing set. Zak had a lot of good ideas for how to best do the project. Communication about when he was going to be at our house to finish the project could have been better. His team also left trash in our yard that I was promised would be picked up but it never was. Performance's prices were very reasonable. We were very happy with how the work turned out and would recommend them.

Zach and his team are lifesavers. I've been fighting a losing battle against neighbors' invasive weeds taking over my yard from both sides. He came to provide a quote the same day, and started work the following day. Wow! Never experienced such timeliness before with any vendor. In two days Zach and his guys showed up on time and ready to remove two trees, several stumps ranging in size from small to large, clearing half the backyard of the weeds and preparing flower beds. They even dug holes for me to plant trees and shurbs. I couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again when it comes time to install fencing.

Hired Performance Landscapes to tear down my outdated aluminum patio and replace it with a cedar based one and Zachary and his team came through under budget and finished a day earlier than planned!! From demolishing and removal of all rubbish to the last bit of paint. They even updated our above ground pool no charge with left over materials. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is! He also does custom storage sheds exactly how you want it. Pics of the shed are also posted. Thanks again Performance Landscapes for a helluva job!!
