My neighbor was using H&H for tree trimming and I needed similar work for a property I was going to sell. Not only were they able to do the trees, but they also built two sides of a fence and leveled the back yard and put in sod. I would highly recommend them, and they definitely fit my budget since I didn’t want to dump a great deal of money without getting return on the investment.

Hector and his crew have been very helpful and attentive to my needs. They were able to transform our front yard into something very special. They were also willing to go above and beyond and help me with my sprinkler system. Very happy with the work

I have worked with Hector and the H&H team for a number of years; both commercially for a business and residentially for our home. Fix it and forget it are vitally important when running a business. One call or text to Hector and it’s fixed and I can forget about it. He and his team do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and for a competitive, reasonable price. The same is true for our home. We had our front hedges, which were severely overgrown, trimmed down to a height that aligns with our fence, allowing for future outward growth. The service took two days, but the team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. Hector provided a fair and competitive quote, and on the scheduled day, his father, also named Hector, arrived on time and tackled the job with professionalism. Hector and his team are incredibly hard workers. Hector and his team removed a tree that had fallen on my house. They removed it in 1 day.

They also graciously demolish the patio awning which needed to be removed.

Would absolutely use again (and probably am in a couple days).

From the first phone call to H&H Tree Service, I was provided with all the answers that I had regarding my questions on having my oak trees removed from the front yard. I have two large oak trees where the roots are already protruding into the yard, driveway, sidewalk and possibly, the foundation. Carolina was very patient and thorough with my questions on the process, estimates, timing and costs.

Hector came the following day for an on-site inspection, and provided me with details on what the work will entail, and the associated cost for the removal and grinding of the oak trees. I also asked for a quote on two replacement trees. Shortly thereafter, I received a pdf quote via email and text. H&H Tree Service gave me a very reasonable quotation for the removal, grinding, cleanup and Tree replacement.

During and after they did the work, a lot of neighbors approached me and asked about 'who did the work' and I pointed to H&H Tree service.

Hector, Carolina and the crew are very professional, honest and dependable. I will recommend their company to my other neighbors, friends and officemates.

They removed a large ash tree in my front yard. They were so quick, responsive, and professional and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars and write this review I would. Hector is unprofessional except when it comes to getting your business. Once he sales you on his service, he does not care about being respectful, honest, or responsive. He was asked to remove all branches except the two main branches. He quoted me a price (along with other services). The pictures show what I received. When I called him to discuss the matter he would not listen and only wanted to talk. When I finally was able say something (extremely frustrated at this point) he hung up in my face. I texted him to tell him he was fired. He demanded full payment, which I refused. We clearly did not have a mutual understanding of what the job was supposed to entail. So I told him I would collect two estimates from other tree specialists to gage what the value of the actual work he’d done (removed two branches) and I would pay the average of the two estimates. He wouldn’t except this. He berated me with text messages demanding I pay him. He and I eventually settled on a price for the work. After paying him what he asked, my tenant sends me a video of a hole in the siding of my house. I immediately sent a picture of the damage to Hector asking him to explain this damage. He tried to say he didn’t do it and I was just trying to get something out of him, which is absurd and ridiculous! The damaged area has tree smears across it and the siding is fairly new. I have absolutely nothing to gain from “creating” a puncture to the siding of my property. He has blocked my phone, so I resorted to contacting him via WhatsApp to ask for insurance information or agreement that he will pay to repair or replace, he will not respond. So I’ve now had to take this dispute public.

Awesome service. Came to my house 30 mins after I called on a Sunday. Really nice guy and fair prices. They did great work. I’m an investor and will be saving this contact for the future.
