I'll have him back soon for some more cool projects.

Issues related to workmanship defects has not been resolved as of Sep 20th ,2025. It's going to be a year. I just don't understand why? I did get a call back to fix the issue and a commitment to resolve., but nothing has been done!

Just empty promises. This NOT how honest business operate. Good contractors/ business provides good customer service, not give their customers the run around. This whole experience has been a disaster.

I have decided to get these issues fixed by reliable contractor who does quality work and stands behind his workmanship.

I had a newly constructed fence approx. 300ft. Sep 23, 2024. There were some issues. I reached out to Richard multiple times “NO Response”. That included calls and emails. And of course, “text messages”.
Issues are as follows.
1. The Rot Board has detached. Apparently, it was NOT structurally secured.
2. A new door / fence was installed between the house and the garage. It was not installed properly. The door does not close properly. It gets stuck at the Post. I will have to hire someone to redo it.
My Only request is that Richard / Company (Saldana Services). Please rectify the issues and provide customer service.

Heaven On Earth Landscaping installed plants in existing flower beds at the front of my home after removing old, tired plants and prepping the beds for the new plants. The owner, Alfredo, and his team came up with a beautiful design using a variety of plants that transformed the front of my home into heaven on earth. My flower beds will now be the envy of the neighborhood and I couldn’t be happier.

Alfredo and his Fathers attention to quality and detail building our new deck was very high. They worked long hours to complete it in a timely manner. Very happy we went with these guys for this project!

Alfredo at Heaven on Earth is the best! Called he came right out and within a couple days our project was complete. Very punctual, attention to detail was a must for me and super professional. Will definitely use again and sent several referrals his way!

Interesting they’re only 27 reviews. I had over $50,000 worth of work done with Alfredo in heaven on words in 2018. We put in major Flagstone walkways and patio areas in my backyard. The backyard stands and water in a spot where I kept asking for dirt to be brought and filled in and kept getting an answer of “what dirt“. The plants that were planted all died because the beds weren’t built up. They took post hole diggers dug a hole in this Beaumont clay and stuck the pot down in there, where they proceeded to boil. I asked for a butterfly garden and God azaleas. It took them months to finish, there was a gentleman put in charge of the “project“ that spent his time leaned up against the garage on his phone. Alfredo was not around and it’s my thought that he probably started other jobs before finishing mine and spent the money I gave him so he couldn’t afford to bring in more dirt. I’m just guessing. So five years later I have a $50,000 worth of Flagstone that’s black or the water stands. I’ve had to replace all the plants several times. So hopefully he’s gotten a whole lot better in the last five years and these 27 reviews are truthful. I don’t doubt they are but they’re probably the only 27 happy customers in the last five years. PS. I thought I would also mention that I was a recent widow at the time and besides the $50,000 I gave him. I also gave him a $4000 motorcycle that had belong to my late husband. Repeated calls for him to bring more dirt to fill in the beds that stood in mud were answered again with the response “what dirt“. I hope he’s gotten better for you guys, but I am not satisfied with the work he did for me in 2018.
