NOLAN IS THE BEST TREE PERSON I LOOK AT MY TREES AND I WAS AMAZED

My neighbors and I had a very large tree fall this past weekend with the wind storm. They were very prompt in accommodating us. They came out Saturday to clear the driveway for us, plus finished the bigger job today. They cut, trimmed and haled off the debris, plus cleaned up the area looking good as new. If in need for good service at a reasonable price call them:)

Nolan is such a pro, absolute expert on trees. I highly recommend this company as other local tree companies are so difficult to reach or get them to come out. Nolan is easy to reach and responds quickly. I trust his diagnosis and advice. 10/10

Nolan loves trees and really knows his stuff. The problem is that his crew does not, and Nolan is not always on site when his crew are working. This led to a tree that was already over-trimmed being thinned even further, in the wrong part of the tree. What is more, the crew were over an hour late and rather than apologize, Nolan insisted he can "never give an accurate time" in his business. Why give a time in the first place, then? I had to alter my work schedule, and then watch the team like a hawk for over an hour until Nolan showed up. If you can be assured Nolan will be on site and working with his team the whole time, AND you don't mind them showing up within a few hours of when they say they will, these are the guys for you. Nolan saved one of my trees when a lot of other arborists would not, and the expensive master arborist we ended up having to hire on that issue backed him up. A nice guy, but overall lax, haphazard service. There are better tree specialists out there.

We've used Nolan and his team at Ace Tree Specialist for six years now for periodic trimming of our oaks and he has been spot on! His guys are pleasant, safe, and CLEAN! Truly impressed me the first time how good of a job they did and how clean they left it.

Nolan is a gentleman and many thanks to him and his team.

I had Mr. Tommy come out to look at some Oak trees that another company had told me were dead and needed to be removed. Mr. Tommy was very knowledgeable and provided great service. I definitely recommend them!

I’d like to thank Tommy and his team of workers for helping me remove a cat from a 30ft tall tree today. This cat had apparently been stuck at the top of the tree for two weeks, with no resources, and when I found out I immediately started calling animal control, firefighters, and at least 10 arborists before Tommy picked and saved the day. His unit of arborists arrived on time and took about 30 mins to remove cat safely; they were very communicative and professional.

This is my second time to hire Tommy’s Tree Service. They excel at large jobs and working around delicate areas.

You can reach Tommy himself easily, and he is very responsive both on the phone beforehand, and answering questions on the job site.

He brings a large team, each of which are very experienced and have been employed by him for several years. All are ultimately respectful with your lawn, including specific areas that you may need to point out (specific tree roots, flower beds, etc.)

Cleanup is important to this crew. They haul off all tree debris and branches, rake up the small stuff, and leave nothing behind.

Another thing I appreciate is Tommy’s arborist knowledge. He is great at diagnosing tree health and very communicative about why a specific tree or branch should stay or go.

I hired Tommy and his team to grind a stump in our backyard before we turfed it. It was a great experience. Tommy was thorough in his assessment of our yard and his quote was very fair. He and his team were responsive and dependable. Will reach out to him again without a doubt!

Tommy's team handled our mature pecans with ease. Cleaned up, and services included on-site stump grinding and branch mulching. They were mindful of utility lines, and courteous to the neighbors. Affordable, and highly recommended. Very responsive, and completely equipped to handle any sized job.

I have a 1/2 acre forested area in the back of my lot and I had Luis come in last November because we had pine beetles and other issues with our White oaks. He charged me $8,000 to treat all the trees and I thought okay if I can save the trees. It's worth $8,000. Well the trees were still having problems in the spring so ask Lewis to come back out and look at it again. He told me that I still had pine beetles and the White oaks still needed treating. Even though I had paid $8,000 in December to treat them. He wanted to charge me another $8,000 this spring. So with his spring and fall treatments I'd be spending at least $16,000 a year on a one half acre wooded area.
This is just totally ridiculous. I've worked with Lewis for the last 40 years but I just can't afford his services any longer.

They removed a massive tree securely and efficiently, and my yard now looks better than ever. The team was pleasant and efficient, and we were quite pleased with the results!
