I was moving a printer and it leaked black toner ink on our light-colored carpet. The crew from “Oops” got the job done better than I could have hoped. We’ve used the company three times (twice in one week) and love the results and the professionalism.

A great experience. This is the second time we have used Oops. The first was our old house when we were prepping it for sale and this time was in our new home. Both times were very professionally done. Very happy customers!

Arturo did a fabulous job on my carpets. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with urine stains and had a magical flashlight that pointed them all out!! The carpets look like new and I thought it would take much longer to do, but he was in and out of the house in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I will definitely use Oops again.

If you plan to use OOP’s, make sure you get the in person price and not the advertised price because they will come out and do half assed work if you don’t pay them double their estimate.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND OOPS TO ANYONE.
Then they will try to SUE YOU with some fine print that says you wont post how much they suck.
OOP'S STEAM CLEANING SUCKS SO BAD YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING A TOOTHBRUSH BY HAND.

This is my second time using OOPS and they ALWAYS do an excellent job. I had some tough stains and they came out. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had my carpets and stairs cleaned a couple of weeks ago. Now that everything has dried out, you can still see several stains in the high traffic areas which was the main reason we wanted the carpets cleaned to begin with. While I wasn't looking for a miracle because the carpets are a bit old, I was at least expecting the stains to be removed for the price we paid.

Oops! was very responsive and helpful. They answered my questions before during and after the appointment. Arturo was friendly and did a great job steam cleaning our carpet. We are pleased with the service we received and would recommend Oops to others looking for steam cleaning or carpet cleaning services.
