Carpet is still dirty call them several times and no response, bad customer service

Lawrence did an amazing job, he was on time , and started with treating my pets spots , the steamed all the carpet, the odor is gone and smells free

Hired them for a hvac clean on two units paid in full and they missed few vents covers and I can see 2 ducts still dirty
contacted them and was promised a return date and a no show....now they wont answer me at all...

We had a nice experience doing business with Laurance of Steam Masters Pro. He was professional and on time and did a good job of cleaning the tiles/ grout. The price he quoted was also quite reasonable.
