As a small business owner myself, I aim to always give great customer service and the crew here did just that! The communication was great! Got updates on when they would be arriving, very easy set up, and they had great attitudes! My gym smells and looks amazing, and they will be having my business for the long run for sure! Highly recommend!

10/10 will use again! The lovely Luly ladies did an excellent job cleaning my home. I watch a lot of dogs throughout the week and when they left, I did not see a single dog hair anywhere. They scrubbed and cleaned every inch of my home and I could not be more happy. Would recommend to anyone in the Houston area!

We got a general cleaning of our home and the staff did a great job! They made our home feel fresh and new. We were impressed with their attention to detail for a general cleaning. It was our first time using their service and we definitely will hire them again. 10/10 definitely recommend!

We have been using Luly Paradise Cleaning for more than half a year for regular general cleaning of our home and the staff does a fantastic job every tome! Our home feels fresh each time and the housekeepers take care to attention to detail. They communicate with you and are responsive to any changes or updates needed.

Citywide does a great job taking care of our facility. They also are quick to respond to the changing needs of our business.

We have been with City Wide for about a year and a half now and have not had any issues with them. Any time there is a hiccup our facility Manager Nathan takes care of it right away.

I appreciate the attention to clients; it is nice to have regular contact with company reps. This is very helpful in addressing any issues quickly and efficiently.

The mark of a great facility maintenance service is that you are almost unaware they come at all. The building is simply clean and ready for a new day without any sign that someone was here. That's why i love City Wide. The service is impeccable, and we hardly are aware they have come, other than the building is in great shape for a new work day.

Temo, our facility solutions manager, has done a GREAT job managing our account. We appreciate his hard work. The crew he lined up for us is doing a good job as there has been no negative feedback from our employees. No feedback equals satisfactory cleaning as I only get feedback when results are unsatisfactory.

Temo has been attentive, checking in regularly, including his regular inspections to ensure the job is being done right.

The results thus far are deserving of 5 stars.

Our account manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Communication was very inconsistent, he would question our concerns, and nothing was ever done about them. The cleaning crew came at very odd hours, and it was different people each time. When the cleaning was done, it was never to the full extent. We asked multiple times for certain things to get done, and it was not. We had a different account manager, Temo, before the last one we had, and he was great, but this one was ridiculous. We have now switched to a new cleaning company.

Love the follow through after services are completed. Very pleased. Communicatin is great as well.

The tenure on the cleaning staff has been a definite advantage as they are knowledgeable about our needs and always ready to step in and give a hand. We appreciate their work ethic and the quality they take pride in as they perform their tasks. The supervisory staff is always on the ball and checks in with us frequently to determine needs and to clarify issues. We are very pleased to continue working with City Wide Maintenance of Houston.
