Anthony and Edgar were very professional and knowledgeable about the carpet and tile cleaning for our rental home. Everything looked great when they were finished! I’m a repeat customer of Sears and would definitely use this team again.

I made a reservation on a Saturday evening and within minutes after submitting I was called to confirm. On my appointment date I was called to confirm once more and again when they were thirty minutes away. Shawn and Marcus arrived and immediately got to work. They were friendly and incredibly professional. Shawn was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Living room, hallway and bedroom were done quickly and efficiently. I have Berber carpet and it has never looked better. I highly recommend them and will have them come back regularly from now on

Luis was very friendly and very courteous. He really did a excellent job. Since the carpet was so old I was surprised it looks so good. I will recommend Sears carpet service to everyone. I would want my air ducts done eventually.

Great job. Had Sears Clean Houston perform a grout cleaning in our kitchen and the results were fantastic. Britton our cleaning tech explained the process in detail, took measurements, and had me sign-off on the total before starting the cleaning process. The whole process took less than 30 minutes to clean roughly a 170 sq/ft area. Will definitely used this service in the future. Great communication during the process, they called day prior to give you your appointment window and then called with a 30 minutes heads up once the Tech was en-route.

So I used Sears services to clean dryer vent and AC vents for whole house. The technician who came to service were not very respectful to the property and was on his cell phone most of the time. This distracted him a lot and while moving around ladder and equipment left marks on the floor and furniture. When opening the very went, since he was not attentive, he drop a heavy piece on floor leaving deep scuff on wooden floor. Not the worth for your money. I would rather opt for a mom and pop provider based on local review instead of going to a franchise.

James and Luis arrived during my scheduled timeframe and were very personable and friendly! They worked quickly and efficiently. Sears never disappoints with their service and quality of work. I highly recommend!

Luis arrived as scheduled and was very thorough in explaining what the job would entail. My tile floors look better than they have in years. I actually ended up having him change the grout color so my kitchen looks totally different. Great experience and a lot cheaper than replacing the tile.

Edgar G and Joshua B arrived timely. They explained the process to us. After they evaluated the work to be done, they reviewed and explained the various options with us regarding the work to be done. Very professional individuals. And they made sure to leave the work areas neat and clean. We are thoroughly enjoying our clean air. I have already recommended Sears to a neighbor.

Michael and Brett did a great job cleaning our white tile and grout. They arrived on time, wore shoe coverings and were very professional. They have cleaned our tile before and it's always been a positive experience. Definitely five star service.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by two technicians from Sears named Ronald. C and Frederick .H. These guys were very friendly thorough with answering my questions and absolutely professional. They did an incredible job with my carpet. I am very pleased with the service. The company choose two wonderful people to represent quality, efficiency and completion. I will recommend these guys to everyone. Well done Sears!! :-) Give these guys a raise!! :-)

James was very thorough, informative, patient honest, & trustworthy. This is the cleanest my carpet has ever been! He took the time to explain the process in a way that I had never heard, especially when it comes to pet stains and odors. He makes you want to be loyal for to come. I truly appreciate the time he took to teach.

Polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and went over and above to get the job done. The air ducts were connected to this giant "vacuum cleaner" machine, my furniture and floors covered with tarps, vents removed and cleaned, and all done in two hours. I would definitely use this service again. Edgar was great to communicate cost of any extra services I needed. I'm very pleased.

Great service! honest, professional, informative, and Carlos Nunez was the technician - he explained in detail all the work needed and how he was going to perform. He did a detailed cleaning of our HVAC system and installed an air filtration system, went above and beyond what we expected in terms of quality of service. I would highly recommend Carlos and Sears to anyone.

Anthony and his team were right on time for the carpet cleaning and did a great job! He was a great communicator and answered my questions. I had a coupon for 7 rooms, but only ended up needing 6 rooms cleaned. Even though I was willing to pay the original price quoted, he took the time to correct my ticket and only be charged for the 6 rooms cleaned. I will definitely use their service again!

I chose Sears for a six area cleaning because of the Sears name and a special offer they sent by mail.The order placement was very efficient and cordial. They made every effort to accommodate my schedule. Shawn R., the technician showed up on time, with the proper equipment in the truck. He was very professional, clean and organized. Before he started he showed me the areas where he may have trouble to make them spotlessly clean. And he tried his best in those areas. He also gave me instructions on how to make the drying processs quicker.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend Sears Cleaning and Shawn Roach to anyone looking to clean his/her carpet.

The technician called around 7:30am to say they were about an hour away. They did not arrive until 9:41am (that is 41 minutes outside of our quoted window of 8am-9am, and about 2 hours after the initial call). Instead of receiving any update on ETA I had to call customer service to get an update. After they left I went to put in new air filters - the return air filter grilles and surrounding areas were absolutely dirty and disgusting. There was literally hanging lint/debris (that was not there before the air duct cleaning). The technician could not even be bothered to wipe them off. I'm not saying he needed to take the grille of and clean it but he could have at least removed the hanging debris. For the cost of this service I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
