This group bought houses from a great young man whose service was fantastic. Since they have taken over prices have gone up 50% I get that because of inflation, gas, etc. However their "technicians" are horrible. One of them left our old basset hound dog outside in the 100 degree heat (left and closed the gate so he could not get back in the house) and he ended up dying on the back patio. He was old but he did not need to go that way. Pool pro owner called and tried to say how upset he was which was appreciative but hollow. Since then they had a technician leave my pool below the drain level with the pump on. Today was the reason I wrote this post. Got the email with what they did and it said they put in three tabs of chlorine. Yet my chlorine basket is empty. They also left my skimmer on the back of the house. I don't really like to write negative reviews on people, but this company is the worst. Do not use them. I would give zero stars if possible but they make you choose one to post. Steer clear and go else where.

Called Pool Pros top set up a one time maintenance and within 24 hours had a service date set up. The gentlemen showed up first thing in the morning, did a walk around and then went to go get supplies. When they came back they were quick and very professional. They gave me updates as to what they were doing and how they were doing throughout the process. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any sign that they were even there (except for the water spillage from the filter which was unavoidable). I will definitely be using Pool Pros of Texas again when I need service.

Our family used a cheap pool service company for years thinking all companies were the same. We started to notice the previous company was cutting corners so we let them go. After some searching we found Pool Pros of Texas. We had no idea how much cleaner and prettier our pool could have been all of these years. The difference in what our pool looks like now is worth every penny. The service is consistent and we get a report every Thursday showing what was done.

Me and my family have used this company for my pool needs for over a year. They are extremely communicative and knowledgeable about anything that I have ever needed when it comes to my pool. I love the email I receive after each service and love that my cleaner is consistently the same person (Shane) so I never have to worry about my kid's safety. The folks over at Pool Pros really do a wonderful job! They are timely, friendly, and always contact via email with images of cleaned pool. The invoices and other online services are very user friendly which I liked after having had trouble with previous companies. Overall I would highly recommend them. They are honest and in my opinion still treat you like a real customer and that's hard to find these days!

We just installed a fiberglass pool and this team has been amazing in supporting me on how everything works, they installed the automation system and Shane is very responsive when I have questions or can’t figure something out. They worked with my schedule to be flexible on meeting as well. The front office team is very communicative and pleasant to work with. I love the fact that they send an email summary with pictures after service so you see the work completed and your clean pool. They also send a picture of the closed gate which is great since I have dogs and I don’t often check the gate before letting them out. 10/10 recommend using these guys for your pool needs!
