My uncle owns a restaurant, and we were fined by the City of Houston. Thanks to Hi-Tech we were able to open back up . We are new to the restaurant industry. Their technician was so knowledgeable on the rules and regulations . I was so impressed that they didn’t make a mess in our kitchen . You could definitely tell that it was professionally done . They did very good job. Even middle of the work they did whatever I wanted, and they also cleaned extra places on which we hadn’ agreed just because we asked.

don’t set up services before they no where you are located because they will cancel and leave you in a bind even if you offer to pay extra to cover the cost of their gas!! That’s a bad way to do business and to treat customers!!

Great cleaning, and Pacita was very friendly. There was some confusion between her and the company and myself about how much they quoted me, and how much she thought she was going to be paid. Fix that miscommunication and then it’d be five stars!
