Absolutely fantastic service! Not only do they work with your schedule but the cleaning team is so detailed! Great company and wonderful service!

I hired them to clean up my empty apartment (we live out of town). The cleaning was okay, and they helped us with the carpet cleaning. The issue is that they left one of my toilets running water.

My realtor found out 10 days later, and I received a huge water bill at the end of that period. I communicated with the owner, and they rejected responsibility. I showed two bills prior to the cleaning, and one bill after the cleaning for water consumption comparison, and the owner chose to stay quiet.

They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim.

Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those.

They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.

Asked for an off cycle cleaning on short notice, and they delivered - even after having a flat tire and being delayed several hours. Can’t recommend enough!

I used this cleaning service twice, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. After the cleaning, I noticed the kitchen floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and there was hair left behind in the shower. I shared photos and politely asked if the bathroom counters had been cleaned. I never asked for a refund or discount—I understand things can get missed sometimes. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t happen again.

The cleaner herself suggested a supervisor could come next time, which I thought was a great idea. But instead of following through, she told me she could no longer clean for me. I found that to be a very unprofessional response to respectful and reasonable feedback.

The best HANDS DOWN! My home looks like a brand new model home after they were finished. There wasn’t a spec of dog fur, one dust particle, one smudge or fingerprint on the windows and mirrors. Best money I ever spent and will 100% be rebooking!
