Grace was hired to clean the apartment and did a half job. When she was notified about the unsatisfied job she responded rude. She didn’t show up at the time she was scheduled and wanted to charge $180 for services she didn’t do! Nope never again.

Grace is a consummate professional with her work——-She takes the time to listen to you and offer you the best service based on your needs.
I would highly recommend her for all your cleaning work.

The quality of the work was impressive. They dusted the whole place including the ceiling fan. Vacuum cleaned the whole house. I really liked the work they did in my place. Very professional and affordable. Highly recommend this crew.

They don't clean at all. I have pictures to prove it but I can't even post them on the page. You all are scamming good people out of hard earned money. The girl who came out to clean the apartment today didnt clean anything. She said nothing needed to be cleaned but the bathrooms. She said it would take 3 hours but she called back after an hour and 30 mins had past. Went to the apt and the restrooms weren't even cleaned. They looked the same way they did when I left. But you charge $180 that you wont ever see. Then she was rude because I was very dissatisfied with her work. You all dont even get a point off the star you all get -10. I wont recommend this company to anyone I know.

What a wonderful find in texas. I've been through almost 10 different Services before my husband stumbled upon Grace. What a pleasant and absolutely fabulous surprise to find somebody who cleans the way I do. Detail oriented, careful, and fastidious. She takes pride in all she does and it shows. Needless to say i have found the perfect service. Give her a try and you wont be disappointed.

Schedule appointment yesterday. No call/ no show! Had to call them. When I called told me they will be here in an hour. No call / no show again……. Twice in one day. Sorry this is poor quality and unprofessional. Just tell me your not coming. Won’t use this service or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed. Ladies would not have had much to do. Hurt my back so was unable to do the labor. Wish I’d found a better place to get job done. But pressed for time. They would’ve been over paid for job. I don’t recommend anyone to a business that is unprofessional.

The maids were very professional and did an outstanding job. They were very polite and nice. The experience was convenient because it was easy to schedule. My last minute call had maids scheduled the next morning with no issues.

Poor job from this company, will definitely not be using Maids by Grace again. Definitely NOT worth it! My house was better off the way I had it before maids of Grace came to “deep clean “ . Good luck!

Grace responded immediately when I messaged for someone to clean my house for real estate photos. She and I agreed on a date and time, so that we could meet and go over what she would do to get the house photo ready. The day of the appointment I waited until the designated time, and no one arrived. She apologized and said there was a miscommunication on the time.

While in the beginning I was frustrated with the miscommunication, she rectified it with a job well done. Maybe in the future it would be nice to have a confirmation message the night before. Thank you for your help.

I am giving 5 stars because of the quality of customer service I was given. The owner, Grace from the moment I called through the cleaning process was very responsive and proffesional. Regarding the cleaning: The service provider was late by a half hour due to a “personal problem”, and was going to be later but I strongly advised that that wouldn’t work as I had scheduled this surrounding my move and it was imperative that it would be done when I scheduled it. I was pleased they sent the maid out only 30 mins behind and not the hour they mentioned. The maid was proffesional, and listened to all the things that I expressed needed to be done and reminded her that it was a move out deep clean so it was important to do it well. I arrived before the time was supposed to be up and she wasn’t finished but it didn’t matter because things still needed to be cleaned and Grace had told me when I arrive to go over everything and tell her what isn’t good enough/needs to be better etc so they could remedy it before leaving. Ultimately my apartment was cleaned the right way, even though it took longer than expected. I told Grace some constructive criticism regarding the mop the maid used and I hope she takes this into account for future services. The maid used a swifter wet jet and for a service that’s supposed to be a deep clean, a real mop, soap, and elbow grease should be used especially if you’re paying $$$. Overall, I am very much satisfied with the results and will be using Grace’s maids in the future. Ps. My apartment called me after and told
me I’ll be getting my deposit back! The cleaning definitely helped with that! :)

I hired this service to deep clean when I was moving houses last year . They went above and beyond to make my home clean , sanitized and hospitable . Customer service was impeccable too and I was satisfied with all they did . I would 100% recommend this to anybody in need of cleaning services .

I hired the Maids By Graces to clean my move out for my one-bedroom apartment. The job was sub-par. The maid cleaned my apartment while I was gone and after reviewing the work, a lot of things looked untouched or the cleaning was not to the level of excellence I had expected. The cabinets, the bathtub, the dishwasher and the floors needed work. They offered to comeback the following day to re-clean but I went ahead and finished the job myself. Grace was the lady I spoke with through out the clean. She has great communication and gave me a discount because of the lack of work that was done by the maid. All in all I wasn't very impressed. The work they did do,(oven and fridge) looked great; I just wished they would've continued that through out the rest of the apartment.

I am constantly hiring and firing different contractors for referrals to my clients for quality, reliability, etc. Grace was easy to get a hold of, was VERY reasonably priced, and her team did a great job!. I will recommend her company without hesitation.

Grace and her crew are great. We switched to her after a bad experience with another cleaner with our AirBnB property and never had issues after. The house was always clean after they came to point of us not needing to do anything to put it on the market. Will definitely continue with her services.

Grace cleaned a place we are moving into and did a great job. Professional walk through when she arrived, and she worked quickly and efficiently and did everything we wanted.
I am usually disappointed when housekeepers leave because I feel like I could have done a better job myself, but not this time.

I recently used Maids by Grace and I am very happy with the cleaning and professionalism.

I was moving into a new apartment that needed to be cleaned and booked my appointment at the last minute.

The maid showed up on time; first we did a walk thru of what I wanted cleaned and she took care of it. The apartment smelled cleaned for 4-5 days after the cleaning day.

Although my original request mentioned that the patio needed to be cleaned when the maid arrived she noticed she needed additional materials or help to get both the apt and patio cleaned.

Even though this got me upset when I talked to Grace she was extremely polite, this is one of the main reasons for which Im giving them a 5 stars review.

The floor tiles of the patio needed to be power wash and Grace understood my sense of urgency for this and she sent another person to get it done. He not only power wash the tiles but the walls on the inside and outside of the patio.

I am extremely grateful and highly recommend them.
