Juan and the New Era Cleaning team have been cleaning my house for 3 years and I've had an excellent experience! Juan is always very responsive and professional and the team always does an amazing job and leave my house spotless!

Juan & his team were great in cleaning our 4 story townhome. They showed up on time and we’re finished much quicker than I expected leaving the whole house in great condition. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

If this review were written by Goldilocks, New Era cleaning service would be the baby bear part—their service is where professionalism and price meet just right. I had tried multiple people and companies before working with them but I was never happy, however New Era has never left me feeling anything other than pride at my clean abode. Even their deep cleaning after our messy remodel was spotless. I would use them again and again and recommend you do the same. Also, because they never come in less than groups of three they are in and out in a matter of a few hours.

Juan and his team do a fabulous job. They make things very easy on me - they are trustworthy, respectful, thorough, and all around professionals. They provide a great service, which is reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been using New Era for 2 years now. We have a clean done once a month. They always do a spectacular job. 2 or 3 people complete our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in a few hours. Everything is deep cleaned from blinds to ceiling fans. We have used other cleaning companies in the past and none have compared. Give them a call, you won't regret it!

We have been using New Era for a number of years at various homes in the Houston area. The team always do a great job cleaning and are fast and efficient. They also gave us useful reminders and offers to do extra services like deep clean or carpet washing. Always pleasant and prompt and we'll keep using and recommending them!

Mr. Juan and his family have been cleaning my home for years. They are very reliable, always on time, efficient and very affordable. Scheduling is always a breeze and they are considerate and treat my home as if it was theirs. They have also done a great job with deep cleanings and carpet cleanings. I've used this service for more than 3 years and they are exceptional. The crew is always timely, thorough, professional and trustworthy. They call/ text ahead to confirm appointments and have provided quality move out / move in deep cleaning and bi-weekly service for a VERY good price! My sister referred New Era/ Mr. Juan to me as we needed a deep cleaning service before we listed our home. Mr. Juan and his wife did an amazing job! We couldn’t have been happier with their service! He texted the day before to confirm the appointment, was on time, brought all the supplies needed and did such a thorough job! We can not recommend him more! I’m sure that’s why our home sold so quickly!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.. I’m almost in tears with the level of work quality Juan’s team put into getting my house in order after a small renovation. I had so much stuff everywhere and they cleaned and organized my home. I’m BEYOND happy and impressed! They worked so quickly. So professional, so nice. They came in and fixed our floors! We had another company come in and did a horrible job. Foot prints, stains, streaks, hair, and a dull finish. It was horrible and New Era came in and in 1/2 the time redid our floors! They shine and look amazing!

I do not recommend this company for house cleaning services. Juan, who I presume to be, the owner is extremely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 AM. At 9:15 AM, I received a call from Juan saying he couldn’t find the home. When I asked for his exact location, I also reminded him that our appointment was for 9:00 AM. Juan replied, “ok?” and when I clarified it was 9:15, he audibly sighed and said, “Oh my God.” I found this response highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

He then asked for the address again, and I ended the call. Not once did he apologize for being late or show any concern for my time. His behavior was rude and disrespectful. It’s about principle.

This lack of professionalism and poor punctuality disrupted my schedule, which I had planned around this appointment, and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I would not recommend this service.
