I recently hired this company for a deep clean after moving into my new home. The first visit didn’t quite meet my expectations, but as soon as I brought it to the owner’s attention, she immediately asked for pictures and scheduled a follow-up to make things right.

Due to delays with my painters, I had to reschedule a few times, but the owner was patient, understanding, and still kept her word to send someone back, even three weeks later. She personally showed up with an employee, and we had such a friendly and professional conversation.

The service the second time around was excellent, and I’m truly grateful for the care and follow-through. What stood out most to me was her integrity, she even refused to accept any additional payment today because she wanted to make sure the job was done properly.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, honesty, and genuine customer care. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I had a fantastic experience with Superb Maids! Their booking website was easy to navigate and very informative - it was so helpful to know what to expect for my first cleaning. They were very communicative leading up to the cleaning. The team was on time and I was impressed that they were able to navigate my complex apartment garage and building without assistance. The team members were so polite, professional, and hard-working. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am still in awe of their attention to detail - they even cleaned something as little as our toothbrush chargers. I used SuperbMaids to do regular bi-weekly cleanings for my company’s office for several months and recently a move-out cleaning. It’s always been a pleasant experience. 2024 is off to a great start because of the team at Superb Maids of Houston. We had been vetting cleaning services for our Houston house when we came across their company. We asked for a quote and the day after received a response. A few days later they came to our house to do a deep cleaning. What a great experience that was. Three people showed up and cleaned the house. When they were done the house looked better than when it was new. The service is superb, the team is respectful, considerate and thorough. We liked it so much we retained them for weekly cleaning. They’ve been here a few times and each time the service remains superb. I don’t know what I would so without their service!

Update: we’re into the 4th month of the year and Superb Maids of Houston has been here weekly and cleaned the lake house (with 4BR and 2baths). My opinion hasn’t changed - they’re still the best cleaning service we’ve had. Google tells me this review has been seen 1229 times since initial publication.

This company is the epitome of professional. Sharon always is quick to answer any questions I have and work through my schedule.

Her company reached out to me to help clean my house to help us get back on our feet after our son was diagnosed with cancer. I will never forget their generosity and kindness for the rest of my life.

I have Totally Tidy Maids come in for an annual deep clean of my house. They always do an absolutely amazing job, and the employees are careful, thorough and polite. When they're done it's like having that new house feeling again!

I should have posted review as soon as it happened but I didn’t. I’m pretty sure the girl that always insisted on cleaning my master bedroom is the one that stole my Movado watch and I had a $100 go missing from my purse. I did confront the head lady and she told me to file it on my insurance and contact police… I just fired them because my deductible is more than the value. I’ll clean my own house… oh and I did catch one of the girls talking crap about my house on camera.
