Okay I normally don't write reviews but this warranted it. My family and I had just moved and I was extremely stressed with everything going on. I wanted everything to look nice as I was putting it together but my rugs just looked and smelt pretty gnarly(I have animals and small children). I contemplate throwing them out( they looked that bad stains every where) but was convinced to just to get them clean. American Steam was recommended by a close friend of mine she had her couches cleaned and they looked fantastic and smelt so good (honest to god brand new smell and I didn't think it was possible lol ). I gave them a call and wham bam thank you ma'am they where here. They arrived a bit early which was great, informed me on what was gonna happen. They where polite and understanding and got straight to work. To say my carpets looked good is the biggest understatement of a life time. They haven't looked or smelt this good since the day I bought them and I am shocked never thought they would look this good again I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to everyone

Our ceramic tile in 6 rooms had wax on floors. American Steam took wax off and omg my floors are amazing, they look new. Thank you soo much. Excellent service. Definitely recommend to all. Thank you Matt (Veteran).

We contracted with American Steam to clean all the carpet and all the upholstery in our church. They did an excellent job, are extremely professional and personable, and conduct themselves with respect and integrity... and purpose to support our veterans as well! Will definitely hire them again!

You don’t find many people as passionate and caring about their craft as Matt Houston. I was about to go down the wrong path in cleaning my vehicle’s interior, and although they don’t do automotive cleaning anymore, Matt cared enough to walk me through the best ways to accomplish my cleaning goals.

American Steam cleaned/restored the laminate floors in my living and dining rooms. Matthew came by to do a small demo on Sunday. I hired him and he returned to do the work on Tuesday. I cannot describe how impressed and happy I am with the results!! Years and years of wax buildup on the floors from the cleaner that was used. They removed it all and my floors look good as new! There was so much beauty in the floors that was hidden under the dullness of the wax. There were so many scuff marks and they removed them all! I left for work in the morning with ugly floors, and returned home in the afternoon with beautiful ones! It was a great price and they used really nice equipment. Highly recommend!

Matt did an amazing job on my sectional!! From kids spilling drinks on it to pet hair and accidents....my couch hasn't looked or smelled so good since I first bought it!! It's better than new! He was very professional and efficient, making sure not to miss anything. Very personable and friendly guy, even the dogs loved him! He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend giving him a call to get rid of that funky odor on your couch or carpets!

I’m so glad I chose American Steam to do the carpet in my house. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. These guys went all out and beyond to clean restore and sanitize my floor. I honestly believe they worked on it as if they were doing their own home, the products they use are amazing and effective. The before and after was a huge difference. This company is absolutely amazing!! We had them clean our floors and carpet when moving into a new home a few years back and they did such a great job we recently called them to help clean the grout in our shower.

But the owner, Matt, said it was a simple process and we’d save a lot of money if we did it on our own. He then spent 20 minutes walking me through the process and telling me what cleaning supplies I’d need to buy to clean the grout. Such amazing customer service from a honest and reputable company. I 100% recommend you choose them to work with.

These guys did an amazing job and the overall price of everything was affordable. Big shout out to Matt for helping us out and answering any questions that we’ve had. Him and his team mate were quick to respond to my concerns of my dog who relieved himself in my house in several spots. Couldn’t stand to be home with the smell of it, as soon as I came home from them cleaning my carpet, rugs, couches and floor the house smelled better from when I had first purchased our home.
